ElPilon Getting involved in an accident, no matter how minor, is never pleasant. I got hit on the side of my vehicle by someone who failed to yield. FORTUNATELY, they had insurance. When I filed the claim, I was afraid ld be forced to take my car 70 miles to an "authorized" repair shop. But, instead, they told me I could pick one close to where we live. I found Davis Auto Rebuild by doing a Google search. What a blessing!!
The folks at the front couldnt be any friendlier. I was told that they handle everything with the insurance; they file the claims and get the repairs authorization... I didnt have to do anything but drop off the keys. Then I was told, "Give us a week." And, true to their word, my shiny, looks-brand-new-for-a-7-year old-car was ready!
I was FLOORED by the quality of the work! They matched the paint, took the tinted windows out of the damaged doors and placed in the new ones. They even thoroughly CLEANED the car inside and out!! I cant say enough good things about the level of service at Davis Auto Rebuild. Stellar job, folks!

Mark Harvey Could not have had a more pleasant experience with these folks. Repairs were right on time with their estimate and they have their own loaner cars to use while your vehicle is in their shop. It wasnt the most pristine car but everything worked and it certainly beat walking in a region where there arent many options for car rental. I highly recommend these folks and would not hesitate to use them again. Well, except that Id prefer not to go through the whole wrecking my vehicle part...

Paula Neal Took our vehicle in to have it fixed after a deer incident. The owner when we spoke to him was very understanding and helpful, the shop told us 4-5 months before they could get it in. Called about 4 months later and they had us bring it in 3 weeks later. Pleasant to work with through the process however once we got the truck back, there were tiny holes in the hood and other parts of the truck that werent there before and dirt in the clear coat.
Called and the lady turned instantly into a very rude person. Having a fairly new vehicle getting it fixed after an incident is important to us to have it back in great condition. This was not a great experience and being told we are told to bring it in and talk to the owner was not very good customer service in the end. Very disappointing being they were highly recommended and we waited for their schedule to become available.
