Norm himself explained everything going on with my vehicle, step by step, even walked me out to the shop to observe the issue.Norm helped me to recover cost from the shop that caused the damage. I cannot say enough about Norm and crew! I have the utmost respect for this shop and would highly recommend going there for all your vehicles needs.
