5 /5 Spencer Cathey: Most recently, 6/25, I needed repair work, an alignment. It was unclear if parts would be required. I dont have other people to give me rides so it was very helpful that these folks recommended I come in and have them look the vehicle over and decide if we needed parts to order. Then we could schedule a single day in town, rather than multiple days, which might have been required, should we have needed parts. These folks appreciate many people drive a long ways to get there, in my case 50 miles.
After the inspection, we did the work the next day, two tires at good prices, and the alignment, with an informative chart that shows the wheel adjustments, before and after. Another good job by Colville Tire.
I just had two new front tires put on along with an alignment. Their mechanic noticed my turn signal light was not working and replaced it. You get what you asked for and a little bit more.
I stopped using Les Schwab in 2007, because they didnt tighten a wheel on correctly and I got about 25 miles out of town and then the wheel started rattling. Wheels that have six bolts you have to pay attention to because they dont center as easily as wheels with only 5 lugs.
So I ended up with Colville Tire. Theyve been excellent and cheaper to boot.
Here I am one year later with a simple flat that needs repairing. Such a hot busy day I was told it would be 2 hours wait. But they squeezed me in in about a half an hour. Always such good service and willingness to work with people.
