Gary and his amazing crew were able to adjust their schedule, go above and beyond, including pulling a little extra time, to get me back on the road, better than before. James Lawson Avoid Colville Auto Repair – Terrible Experience I took my wife’s 2015 Jeep Cherokee to Colville Auto Repair three weeks ago. After an inspection, they told me it needed a new transfer case. I asked for a repair quote, and a week later James called to say it would cost nearly $2,000 for a used transfer case. I told him I’d order a brand new one myself, which I did that same day and dropped it off at their shop. A week later, they called me saying the part I ordered was wrong. I told them I’d get the correct one and bring it in. At that point, Gary told me it would be another two weeks before they could do the install. So I told him I’d come pick up the Jeep and do the job myself. Not once did he mention the vehicle was already taken apart. That would’ve been the right time to let me know. Long story short, they charged me nearly the same amount just to figure out the part was wrong as they would have to actually repair the Jeep. I ended up with a torn-apart vehicle and a ridiculous bill — all without proper communication or transparency. Do yourself a favor and make absolutely sure you know what you’re getting into before dealing with this company. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with any auto repair shop.

They have Everything from Various types of Oil, Antifreeze, Fix-a- Flat, Shop Rags, Spark Plugs to a HUGE Selection of Mechanic Tools of all Types. If theres something that you need and they dont have it...they will order it for you at no extra charge. Carquest has a huge Selection of Autoparts. They will continue having my Business.

J.R. Hunnicutt Always friendly and happy to help. Bill and Duane are the 2 main characters and they have knowledge beyond expectation. If they cant find what you need through their own vendors they will search to find it and tell you exactly how to achieve what you need. A+ and 100% satisfaction. ElPilon Getting involved in an accident, no matter how minor, is never pleasant. I got hit on the side of my vehicle by someone who failed to yield. FORTUNATELY, they had insurance. When I filed the claim, I was afraid ld be forced to take my car 70 miles to an "authorized" repair shop. But, instead, they told me I could pick one close to where we live. I found Davis Auto Rebuild by doing a Google search. What a blessing!! The folks at the front couldnt be any friendlier. I was told that they handle everything with the insurance; they file the claims and get the repairs authorization... I didnt have to do anything but drop off the keys. Then I was told, "Give us a week." And, true to their word, my shiny, looks-brand-new-for-a-7-year old-car was ready! I was FLOORED by the quality of the work! They matched the paint, took the tinted windows out of the damaged doors and placed in the new ones. They even thoroughly CLEANED the car inside and out!! I cant say enough good things about the level of service at Davis Auto Rebuild. Stellar job, folks!

Mark Harvey Could not have had a more pleasant experience with these folks. Repairs were right on time with their estimate and they have their own loaner cars to use while your vehicle is in their shop. It wasnt the most pristine car but everything worked and it certainly beat walking in a region where there arent many options for car rental. I highly recommend these folks and would not hesitate to use them again. Well, except that Id prefer not to go through the whole wrecking my vehicle part...

Melissa Medrano I just left Colville Grease Monkey. I called beforehand and asked what services they provided. He explained they do an oil change, check fluids/filters and vacuum the interior. I checked out the paperwork after paid and it stated “vacuum interior - completed”. My car was not vacuumed. I know this because I looked at it before I left my car. $122. I could have taken my car to Walmart and gotten the same service for half the price. What bothers me the most is they lied and stated the car was vacuumed when it clearly was not. It makes me wonder what else they lied about and didn’t check. The only positive about this experience was the staff was friendly. Will I return or refer to this business? No, I will not.

Patrick Phillips Called 3 times for a muffler swap,(call was never returned). I traveled 60 miles to the shop. I walk in and start a polite conversation saying I had cake a few times over the month and no one ever called back. He laughed and said" thats something I would do." I told him I wanted a louder muffler and an exhaust tip. He said ok that will be $150 and come back another day. I take the day off travel another 60 miles. He lifts the truck up and says" theres already another muffler on there" and I needed to come back another day. I go again and when its all done he walks in and says that will be $250 when he brought the truck around it was no louder. I paid him the $250 so I could get home. Checked underneath and he never put a new muffler on. So with a combined 300 miles, gas, 3 days wasted and being robbed, I would highly recommend anyone else. Anyone know who could simply weld up a new muffler?

Phillip Burrell These folks are great. I own and operate a local Pest Control company and appreciate efficient and effective service as I would only expect my customers to as well. One of my trucks was having issues that I could hear and feel. After describing the issue to them they promptly got me on the schedule. Providing automated text message reminders about my appointment which is awesome for someone trying to schedule and remember things on the go all day. Once diagnosed they provided a text link to a quote with detailed description of what was done and found. Ultimately a bad wheelbearing and hub. I have a third party warranty that they were quickly able to get approval for coverage of work done. Not all third party warranties are easy to work with. Truck is fixed, no noise, drives smooth. Thank you.
