Jose Cartagena I was recommended to brunos auto repair through a friend whos vehicle crapped on him on the freeway, so he was desperate for repair , from the jump their conducted a diagnosis and didnt try to upsell him on things he didnt need. My buddy is a tough customer and was very pleased with their customer service and their work. Had the vehicle running in a timely manner. My issue was my car battery which i did a self diagnosis , which i came to the conclusion my starter was acting up. Mind you i can still drive my vehicle and it runs just fine but sometimes has a slow crank After running their test they found nothing wrong with my vehicle and said they tighten down my battery. Other experience with mechanic shops will try to rob you blind. I was very pleased with their honesty And knew that I had to give them a good review and would recommend them to anyone looking to get an honest quote and good work on their vehicle.

Nicole De Los Reyes I was passing through town when my check engine light came on. I called and Roberto was able to look at my car right away, determine the issue was being caused by an engine cylinder issue and replace the part for me within an hour at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone who needs work done on their car. The location can be a little hard to find, located in the alley alongside America’s Best Value Inn, but the service makes it worth the hunt! Can’t thank you enough again Roberto you rock!!!

M My car battery had unexpectedly died tonight in Tacoma, and I had my baby with me. AAA had quoted me two hours for roadside service. Then out of the blue, the Bruno Auto Repair tow truck happened to park next to us. My husband asked the driver if he could jump our car, and without hesitation he said of course and within two minutes our car was running. Vadim and his talented team did an outstanding job restoring the bumper to like-new condition, while also fulfilling my request to fill in the holes from the license plate and reflectors. Sean Hammarstrom I came across Lakewood Collision searching for local places that could paint a retrofit bumper for my BMW 335d. There were a lot of great reviews, nice cars and what looked to be excellent paint jobs. I decided to head down there and get a quote. I worked with Vadim who was excellent. I showed him the old bumper and pictures of the new bumper mocked up on my car. I needed the car during paint so he said he could paint match it to my fuel door which was easy to remove. His quote was exceptionably reasonable for what I wanted. I brought just the bumper to him and over the weekend it was done and ready to pick up on Monday. The team was thorough with the color swatches (photo) to get the match close to perfect. To the untrained eye theres no way you could tell this was an aftermarket bumper on a 2011 car, seriously looks like it did from factory. They did all the prep work for paint and even smoothed out some areas on the bumper that were less than perfect. Best part about it was I went to pay and there were no other charges. His quote was what I paid (even though you take a quote with a grain of salt because sometimes they find things they need to do that are outside the scope of work). If you need anything painted, give these guys a try. You will not be disappointed. They will be my goto moving forward for anything paint related. Proof is in the pictures.

emilia duncan I have taken my car to this place twice to get it fixed because it keeps breaking down on the freeway. First they said I needed a higher power battery, which cost $270 for them to do. Then my car broke down again. Then they fixed something with my oil, spark plugs and some sort of pipe. That was $700. My car broke down again. So I am out almost 1,000 and my car is still not fixed. I’m never taking my car here again.

Pamela Gerald I had rear brake service done and the mechanic showed me all the brakes and explained everything to me. My front brakes were fine but only the rear ones needed brakes along with calipers. I appreciated their honesty. The dealership on the other hand initially told me I needed to replace all four brakes, which ended up being a lie. I recommend taking your car to this Meineke.

Theyre also happy to work with individuals who do some of their own wrenching on their cars, like me. Whenever I get stumped, I take my car (91 W126) here.

Matthew Abadi Wonderfully Kind and Accommodating!!! I had catastrophic engine failure on I-5 and was stranded hours away from my home in Portland, OR. On a whim I had my car towed to Precision Tune Auto and hoped for the best. They diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me quotes for repairs, sadly it was not worth proceeding with a repair on my old car. The experience of breaking down on the side of the highway and waiting for a tow for 4 hours with my dog in the car was pretty traumatic to say the least. The only redeeming aspect of this experience was finding a good local shop to help me sort out my situation. The folks at Precision Tune Auto were helpful and graciously looked after my car while I made arrangements for it to be towed away. Decent people - I recommend.

I had the drive belt changed and the oil and the checklist that goes along with the oil change taken care of. I was very pleased! They were both personable and professional; not only with me but with several other customers… I waited in the waiting room for my car repairs. I will definitely go there again!
