    Pamela Gerald: I had rear brake service done and the mechanic showed me all the brakes and explained everything to me. My front brakes were fine but only the rear ones needed brakes along with calipers. I appreciated their honesty. The dealership on the other hand initially told me I needed to replace all four brakes, which ended up being a lie. I recommend taking your car to this Meineke.

    Marsha DeLanoy: I live in central Oregon and had to drive my son to SeaTac to catch a flight. The muffler exhaust started to lose the tailpipe. He tried a quick fix twice. Didnt hold. It was also 3 AM, so nothing was open. Horrible drive. I stopped at my brothers on the way home. Called a couple of muffler shops, and they had no time or couldnt do it. Buckys was next. Explained my situation that it just needed a few welds to get me home. He said, "Come on in". Was there maybe 15 min an it was done, They didnt even charge me. I gave him a 20 and told him to fill the candy jar.

    XMathianX: I took my truck to this company to have them replace a broken manifold bolt, well they did just that. Along with replacing the broken manifold bolt they failed to resurface the head before putting it back on. Once I got the truck back it all seemed fine until it started overheating which was due to the head gasket not being put on properly. Which could have been caused by not being resurfaced. I took the truck back to this company and they wouldnt stand by their warranty. This shop is a scam, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM. I took it to a different shop and they pointed out all the wrong things this shop had done and how it chain reacted to blowing my motor.

    Damaris Hembry: While running errands I had a window emergency—it got stuck completely open. In a panic, I called multiple auto repair shops but no one could get me in. I called Midas and Andrea answered; she was kind and even calmed my nerves a bit. She let me know I could bring the car in (45mins to closing); as soon as I walked into the shop, they gave me a quote, pulled my car back and fixed the window. I am so relieved and pleased with the service I received. Romel and his team served me well and if ever needed, I will return to this location. Thank you and keep up the good customer service!!

    emilia duncan: I have taken my car to this place twice to get it fixed because it keeps breaking down on the freeway. First they said I needed a higher power battery, which cost $270 for them to do. Then my car broke down again. Then they fixed something with my oil, spark plugs and some sort of pipe. That was $700. My car broke down again. So I am out almost 1,000 and my car is still not fixed. I’m never taking my car here again.

Dean, the mechanic and co-operator, is very efficient and thorough.     Just Here: Horrible service and even worse management. If you go here I recommend you take pictures of your vehicle when you drop off your car to get serviced. First off, Tanya and Shaun were very helpful and professional. Robert the estimater I know somewhere down inside he has a heart. Anywho I dropped my car off today get fixed, gieco quoted them 7 days to fix, they ended up having my car for almost 2 months. I finally pick up my car and no one walks me out telling me what was fixed or to assure me my vehicle was fine. I just left. Days later I notice my some dents and scratches on my car that weren’t there before. I call and they tell me to come, they look and tell me the damage was there when I dropped it off. A lie. I called geico and asked for photos that the auto body sent and the damage was not there. I confront them and there was just too many inconsistencies on their part and did not take accountability.
