1 /5 XMathianX: I took my truck to this company to have them replace a broken manifold bolt, well they did just that. Along with replacing the broken manifold bolt they failed to resurface the head before putting it back on. Once I got the truck back it all seemed fine until it started overheating which was due to the head gasket not being put on properly. Which could have been caused by not being resurfaced. I took the truck back to this company and they wouldnt stand by their warranty. This shop is a scam, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM. I took it to a different shop and they pointed out all the wrong things this shop had done and how it chain reacted to blowing my motor.

1 /5 James J. Marlowe II, Esq.: Nice, friendly people, but I’m not sure repairing modern vehicles is their strong point. I had my Saturn Vue there four times in the space of two months. Had numerous parts replaced, but they were still not able to fix it. They were not able to find the cause of and fix a P-0300 (random cylinder misfire) code. It is one thing to be able to read a diagnostic scan; it’s another thing to be able to fix what’s causing the problem.

5 /5 Kat Stryker: 5/5, highly recommend, this will be my go-to shop!! I brought my 07 Honda Civic to this shop because I had a leaky sunroof and windshield. The owner, Mark, and front office person, Bethany, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They kept me very well informed of the procedures they were doing, let me know what the "must do" vs "can do later" fixes were, and were very clear about costs of things. Also, there was absolutely NONE of that cliché "youre a woman in an auto shop, so Ill talk down to you or make you feel less than" stuff. (That may seem like a small thing, but women will tell you its a big deal.) I picked up my car yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. They even found a couple of things the previous owner had left behind under the seats that I had missed (purchased about 16 months ago)! I plan to take my car back when their seasonal detail shop is open, and my partner will be bringing their car in for some tune-up work. Mark & Co have a "our customers are honest, hardworking folks, so were gonna do right by them" mentality, and it clearly shows in how they talk with folks and the work they do.

5 /5 Rory H: Had a car emergency and they were able to squeeze me in on a thursday and were able to get my car up and running by saturday. I couldnt take the hit financially to go through with the repairs that month, but the whole experience (despite not getting the car fixed there) left a very, very good impression on me and I will be taking my vehicle to them when I need it fixed again.

1 /5 Jamie King: Nice enough guys and probably fine for your average brake job/oil change on newer cars but do NOT trust them with classics. 20k and a year later and finally had to tow my project outta there. An extremely basic 350 swap and power steering conversion on a 53 Chevy coupe turned into an absolute nightmare with no end in sight. Really amateur level stuff. Horrible welds, rack and pinion jammed into place, hand bent brake lines, the list goes on and on. Recommended to me for a build and I wish Id pulled the plug 3 months in. They should not be touching hot rods or antiques.
