Jacqueline Flores I cannot begin too express my gratitude too this business. I am thankful and blown away. I have spent almost a week going too mechanics, with midas being one of them. I was being told my vehicle needed all converters replaced. I was so stressed. I couldnt sleep, that was way too much out of my budget. I am a single mom. I came here and these mechanics are skilled mechanics, they where able too tell me what is wrong by listening too my hard knock in my car. At first I was like um I have been told by alot of mechanics what it was and none of them told me that was the issue. I told them what the other mechanics said and they where like nope that is not it. I was like um. I took a big leap of faith with them. They looked like honest people and they turned out to be honest people. They where really kind and treated me and my little son like family. My car noise was driving me crazy and my exaust was plugged, no flow. When I tell you my car is blowing out threw the exhaust pipe now and the knock loud noise is gone, its gone. They started with root of the problem. They fixed my car. They are reasonable, honest and have great realistic prices, they walk you threw the promblem and show you. I have had the worst sleep this week. I am so thankful today I get too lay all this too rest. Car issues are never fun but when mechanics make it worse by just adding more and adding more and more unnecessary work too my bill, its not okay, but thanks too this car repair business, I am well now and stress free. They did not try too add more and more unnecessary repairs. They are honest and great mechanics here. Thank you guys so much, godbless you.

Unlike other shops that charge high prices, he is fair and reasonable. Most importantly, he takes the time to explain everything in detail and ensures the job is done right every time.

Tina Braggs Mike is the best mechanic I have ever come across. He is fair, honest and will always tell you the truth. He had my car fixed in about 3 hours. If you need a good respectable, honest, reliable and fair mechanic Mike is the person for you. I would recommend him to everyone. My neighbor saw how he was working and asked Mike to work on his car. He booked the work for the following weekend. Best mechanic I know.

Rays is the only shop I will take my personal vehicles to! They are an honest crew who will fix the vehicle right (without breaking the bank). Their Customer service is great & Ill continue to do business with them as long as I live in Washington!!

Leland Parker I dont normally write reviews, but I was compelled to write this one. These guys are phenomenal. I pulled up and was greeted before I got out of my vehicle by the owner. I had really bad front end noise that I assumed was the wheel bearings. He immediately pulled it in, lifted it and within five minutes of me pulling in he confirmed it was the wheel bearings. He suggested brake pads and after looking at it I definitely needed those switched out. I had two sets of wheel bearings and my brakes replaced within probably two hours. Its not very often I go to a repair shop and leave impressed. Normally, after shaking hands at the competition, I count my fingers to make sure they didnt take any. MVC absolutely gained a customer for whatever I need. Ive already told friends about these guys. They were respectful, great to talk with, and I thought the price they charged me was very fair! Theres nothing more I could ask for. Well done MVC!

Gary Christensen Dave at D and S suto care is very knowledgeable and very straight to the point when it cones to your repairs. We use D And S auto care for sll our personal and company vehicles. Anything from an oil change to major repairs. I reccommend them to all my friends and family.

Randi Carey-Lund Quite literally saved mine and my kids lives. I had left another auto shop after getting a wheel bearing replaced. I felt shaking on my tire and immediately exited the freeway. I pulled into Liberty hoping for a little help. The owner came out and looked jacked up my car.. come to find out the other auto shop did not screw in the bolt connecting the strut to the tire (pretty sure that is which one it was).. tire was very close to falling off. He tightened it up and ensured I was safe to drive (carefully) home with my two kids. I will be taking my car back to the other shop for correction then plan to be a customer at liberty from now on. I offered payment, which was politely declined. I can’t express how truly thankful I am.. if he had refused me, I planned to get back on the freeway and slowly keep driving home.. which would have ended in my tire falling off or worse. Thank you !!!

matt v Did a good job on truck repair timely, professional, price didnt bite too. 4 stars because they need to work on customer service. We let people know we will pay with EFS upfront. They didnt had blank check so threaten us to hold truck hostage till we get one.

A man at the shop told me one thing and she was telling me something different from the invoice. I was confused so I asked to speak with the man i spoke to last time and she refused to transfer me to him.

Joanna Bowden I had my car towed to Mooses because it was the closest shop to where I broke down on I-5. This shop diagnosed the problem missed by another shop, had it repaired the same day, and charged a fair price. I will return to Mooses for all my future auto needs.

Deborah Correl Please please do not take your car here! They are scammed! I brought my vehicle in for repairs and diagnostic and gave me a estimate and once they found out I had insurance the price doubled! After they were paid and picked up my car it was making this weird noise from my brakes rotors which was fine before I took it in! Spoke with Moose and he was rude and hung up! Ill be filing a small claims and reporting to BBB! They were paid $4600! They will pay for poor and rude service

XMathianX I took my truck to this company to have them replace a broken manifold bolt, well they did just that. Along with replacing the broken manifold bolt they failed to resurface the head before putting it back on. Once I got the truck back it all seemed fine until it started overheating which was due to the head gasket not being put on properly. Which could have been caused by not being resurfaced. I took the truck back to this company and they wouldnt stand by their warranty. This shop is a scam, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM. I took it to a different shop and they pointed out all the wrong things this shop had done and how it chain reacted to blowing my motor.

James J. Marlowe II, Esq. Nice, friendly people, but I’m not sure repairing modern vehicles is their strong point. I had my Saturn Vue there four times in the space of two months. Had numerous parts replaced, but they were still not able to fix it. They were not able to find the cause of and fix a P-0300 (random cylinder misfire) code. It is one thing to be able to read a diagnostic scan; it’s another thing to be able to fix what’s causing the problem.

Rose Williams Definitely a great experience. They took there time to figure out what my vehicle needed, and once they did they fixed it right up. It now drives beautifully and I couldnt be happier. Combined the whole grew has many many many years of experience. The fix was affordable and they do offer in house financing. Also, it has a friendly welcoming environment. Jean is a pleasure to talk with throughout our entire experience. Will definitely go back if needed before we pcs.

Garden Stalker I used a national brand for years The last 4 times I would have to return to have them complete a step they forgot. I thought going to an independent would be more expensive. Not only was I wrong about that but Tvetens is VERY good at what they do. I have 2 Hummers. They understand the quirks. They are organized and efficient. If you want it done right the first time…..

Just Here Horrible service and even worse management. If you go here I recommend you take pictures of your vehicle when you drop off your car to get serviced. First off, Tanya and Shaun were very helpful and professional. Robert the estimater I know somewhere down inside he has a heart. Anywho I dropped my car off today get fixed, gieco quoted them 7 days to fix, they ended up having my car for almost 2 months. I finally pick up my car and no one walks me out telling me what was fixed or to assure me my vehicle was fine. I just left. Days later I notice my some dents and scratches on my car that weren’t there before. I call and they tell me to come, they look and tell me the damage was there when I dropped it off. A lie. I called geico and asked for photos that the auto body sent and the damage was not there. I confront them and there was just too many inconsistencies on their part and did not take accountability.

They worked absolute magic on my poor Acura after it got roasted by fireworks — like, Fourth of July meets car barbecue. The paint match? Spot on. You’d never know it had a firework mishap unless I told you (which I probably will, dramatically, forever). But the real MVP moment? When I dropped it off, the dash looked like Times Square on New Year’s Eve thanks to a faulty gas cap. When I picked it up? No lights. Just peace, quiet, and a car that doesn’t scream “I have issues.” And as if that wasn’t enough, they even polished out a bunch of random marks on my car that had nothing to do with the firework damage. Totally went above and beyond — now my whole car looks better than it did before the fireworks even hit. 10/10, highly recommend!
