Peter Lee I am from out of state and was in the area doing a local contract job when I heard an audible clunking noise and squealing coming from the rear end of my truck when going over bumps. Thinking that my rear differential was on its way out, a quick Google search and customer reviews led me to this shop. Per the diagnosis, the squealing resulted from my drivers front brakes missing its hardware and the clunking noise from my exhaust banging around. Although Marco was pleasant to work with and flexible in the turnaround time, I am appalled at the welds done on my exhaust. The welds were visibly poor, with gaps and unevenness, which could lead to further issues. Not to mention, the squealing did not go away after the installation of new hardware and pads. I considered bringing my truck back, however, based on the work performed, I am better off cutting my losses and going elsewhere.

Kendra Yahns Definitely recommend this place! Service is extremely friendly, accommodating and prices are FAIR! I spoke with Marco on several occasions when I called, he always had all the information I needed on what needed to be done and how much it would be. He also was able to discuss with me what could wait and what needed done asap, which I felt comfortable deferring to him on as it seemed as though he was giving me his very honest expert opinion. I needed quite a bit of work done, $2000 worth, but I really like my older car so I had it done. They did an excellent job, got it done timely and were even willing to keep it a few days longer as I was out of town and had to pick it up once back. The overall process was a dream! Dropped the car off, they looked at it, called me, I told them what I wanted done, they did it, called me when done, I picked it up, paid and was on my way! A+++! Couldnt be more happy and would definitely recommend this business to anyone who wants an easy to work with and honest mechanic shop!!!

Bakudo Ninja Didn’t know how to answer questions Ok since the owner replied, here is additional details I reached out to this shop with a simple question: What was the most expensive repair they had done here? This had nothing to do with my car specifically—I just needed a general answer to make a financial decision. Any reputable repair shop should have a record of major work done, but instead of being honest, they played dumb and pretended not to know, just so they could push me into paying for a diagnosis I didn’t need. Who doesn’t know the most expensive job they’ve done? Either they’re completely disorganized, or they’re deliberately withholding information to squeeze money out of customers. Neither is acceptable. If this is how they operate, I wouldn’t trust them with a simple oil change, let alone a major repair. Take your business elsewhere and find a shop that values transparency and integrity.

shy2066 I had a great experience with Dougs especially Brian. I called several other shops in town and they would not even let me come in for an estimate. Brian at Dougs was friendly and told me when I could come in for an estimate. He explained everything in detail and provided when my car could be fixed. I did have to wait 2 months to get the car fixed but this is pretty normal these days. Dougs did a great job on my car and I would 100% recommend them. Their price seem reasonable and they were good at communicating with me.

John Barchasch Omar and his crew are great. Took a used car I was looking to purchase for an inspection, and they immediately pointed out some maintenance issues that needed immediate attention, printed out an estimate and that allowed me to negotiate a fair price for the rig. Omar offered to work a deal with me on the actual maintenance since I took the car to him for inspection. Very knowledgeable, seem to have a niche clientele from freight trucks to Aston Martins and all things in-between. Very impressed, looking forward to working with them again.

Christopher Gromek "Trust in Twins!" Twin Brothers Automotive did what I thought was impossible - took a third-hand 1985 Mercedes Benz 300TD and turned it into a daily driver. After restoring, replacing, and rebuilding nearly every mechanical part on the vehicle, they gave it the ultimate test drive - 2,000 miles from Seattle to Austin (where I now live). They could have easily cut corners and shipped the car off, never to be seen again, but instead they made certain that their work would keep the vehicle running for another 300,000 miles. I cant say enough good things about them and recommend that you seek their help for any automotive needs.

borntoflynick Very pleased with their service. When my 2024 BMW M3 was backed into, I was very nervous about taking my car to a shop. This paint color is very unique and the repairs require special skills. They got my car done in less than two weeks start to finish and I can’t even tell that anything had happened. It literally looks factory. I sell cars for a living so I have a keen eye and I can tell when repairs have been done that aren’t quality. These guys did an excellent job! Mary Donald I just had a wonderful experience at A&M and would recommend them wholeheartedly. My Toyota Prius was making weird sounds so I took it in and they fixed everything so perfectly. They found a couple other things that needed to be done, but there was no pressure and they were honest that I could choose to wait for those repairs if I wanted to. Elliot handled everything and was so easy to work with. I have had my car for almost seven years and never needed to repair anything, so I really didn’t know where to go for a trustworthy shop, but I’m so glad I chose A&M. It’s been a couple weeks and my car is running perfectly. Hopefully I don’t need anymore work for a long time, but it’s nice to know I now have “my” repair shop and even my guy, Elliot! I really can’t say enough good things about my experience, they are amazing!

They even did stuff extra just because the wheels were up. I really enjoy their service and total quality. SEATTLE AUTO HAUS Had been looking for a reliable shop to replace the tires and do the alignment on an old Maserati Spyder. The store manager, Sean, was willing to take on the challenge when others wouldnt. Ethan handled every tire and wheel like babies and made sure everything took its time with patience on the alignment as well. Will, the Service Advisor, was very accommodating with my overwhelming behavior while keeping an eye on the work progress from behind the windows. The alignment work was fantastic, and so was the balance. Cant thank everyone at the Bellevue location enough for making this happen for us. They deserve more stars, but I couldnt find any more to check.

Robert and Julia are warm and positive. they deal with a lot of crap. they also deliver. great service. affordable new tires. I recommend this shop. its important they recognize the staff. anyone can sell tires.

One of the parts I ordered they weren’t able to get put on but they were nice enough to not charge me for the time they took to try and install it. They were able to replace my intercooler and Intake and a few other parts on my Audi s5 and I couldn’t be happier. 110% recommend!

Christopher Dorick Where to begin... My experience with Park Place was unfortunately less than ideal. Went in for radiator + ac condenser replacement for my Lotus Elise after vehicle being previously diagnosed by Park Place. Was quoted 3 days, ended up being 3 months. Was bounced between 3 different service managers. Service managers were very difficult to get ahold of; at one point, I hadnt heard anything in weeks. They said theyd call at various points but didnt. Unclear if they forgot, were busy, or were avoiding. Price bounced around quite literally ~10 times between original quote and 5x original quote. Ended up being double what was originally quoted. Objectively worst of all, we agreed on an approach that would save me money and them time and then they cut the AC coolant lines in a manner where that path was no longer viable. Absolutely ludicrous move. I was treated like I was a walking dollar sign as opposed to a human being. AC works now though, so I guess theres that...

Sharon Markley I really appreciate the help they gave me today. I work in Bellevue and my car just felt like it was running terrible on my way to work and I called them. He told me to pull up so he could put it on the reader. He told me what could be wrong with it from the codes. Gave me a fair price in a detailed pricing breakdown. I had to see if it was financially possible. It was and I called them back and asked them if could possibly get it in today. They ordered the part immediately and I dropped it off and it was done just two about 2 hours later. Also their free shuttle service back to my work while they worked on my car, and they came and shuttled me back once my car was done. Bless their hearts for being so human, kind and getting my car running so much better. I will always recommend these gentlemen! Great job guys and thanks again.

Jake DSouza Brought my car in for the first time in a while. I communicated with Rey during my diagnosis and throughout my repair. She was incredibly easy to work with and very communicative. Despite my car getting unexpectedly towed in on a weekend, my diagnosis and repair was done very quickly and efficiently. Ive been bringing my cars here for years and it has always been a great, straight-forward experience. No hard up-sells, friendly and understanding staff, and high quality work.

Philip Lane Excellent service! Lexus dealer wanted $1700 to work on the brakes but Gregs said they were fine, didnt really need repair. On the other hand, the water pump did need replacement. Gregs saved me about $700 for that, compared to the Lexus dealer.

Brian Krueger I had front brake pads and rotors replaced. They used factory parts and it was much less than what was quoted at the dealer ($735 vs. $1200). Also, their original quote was $803, I only paid $735 due to parts costing less than their estimate. Very honest. Seriously, who does that? Also asked them about plugs and transmission, they gave me quotes but said neither are due for another 10K miles. Again, they were being very honest and not charging me for something not needed right now. Very pleased and I will be back.
