I had an excellent experience with Exotic Motor Auto Rebuild, especially working with Victor and the rest of the team. From the beginning, Victor took the stress out of the situation by handling all communication with the insurance company and ensuring the repairs were fully covered.
The service was impressively fast, and Victor kept me consistently updated throughout the entire process. Their system for communicating repair phases is super clear and efficient—it made everything much easier to follow.
When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see it not only repaired but also cleaned and detailed—it looked fantastic. You can tell they truly take pride in their work.
It’s rare to find a shop that works so well with Teslas, and even rarer to find one that delivers such high-quality service. Hopefully, I won’t need repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll return here without hesitation.
