5 /5 Joshua Eddy: I can’t say enough good things about Joe and this shop. I had an issue with my Ford Edge that was making a horrible squeal but was an intermittent issue. I understand it’s hard to diagnose sometimes given that situation. I first went to Autometrics shop and because they couldn’t replicate the issue, they wouldn’t even take the time to truly investigate the issue and refused to work on my car. I then took it to another shop but that gentleman was understaffed and had too much work and I didn’t have the time to wait any longer. Had already been a month without my car and I’ll be driving it across the country in a few weeks. I called Midas and made an appointment, then I missed my appointment like an idiot. As soon as I realized what I had done I called Joe and he was so understanding, was able to get my car in the next day. He Figured out the issue and had my car done and ready for me in just over 24 hours !! And it was way cheaper than I expected ! I will definitely be taking my vehicles there from now on and would definitely recommend them to anyone ! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. They listen to their customers and they’re fair priced.
