Kevin McClure Oh man, Dino and his crew are incredible! Took my 2015 Subaru Outback to 2 other shops and a dealership with transmission issues. Turns out Subaru sent out a service bulletin on my issue, and Carlsons was the only one that caught it. Saved me thousands and thousands of dollars! They got it fixed very quickly and took my same car I was about to sell on a 800 mile trip with absolutely no issues. It was like a brand new car! Thank you so much guys I will definitely be back!

If youre looking for an import shop thats reliable and trustworthy that does quality work at a reasonable price Dino and Phil are your guys. They are friendly, professional, knowledgable and extremely thorough! I bought back a car I sold 10 years ago and took it into them to have a full inspection done so I knew what condition everything was in and if there was anything immediate that needed to be done. Phil gave me a list of things needed and the priority level of each and Dino gave me several different options for the parts and repairs. They dont over diagnose or try to push unnecessary repairs on you just to make money. These guys have INTEGRITY and it shows!! Thanks Dino and Phil!!

Jeremy Smith Went to JW Auto Service for a full car detail, which my car desperately needed since Ive never had one done and we own a very large, white haired, Great Pyrenees. The results were fantastic. The black exterior shined like it hasnt in years and he was able to get some noticeable scuffs out. The interior looked amazing, with no white dog hair in sight. The hardest place for me to get the hair out was under the seats, and he got it all. We were very happy with the overall results and the consideration of our time. Will definitely be using JW Auto Service again.

Ben Davis I made the mistake of paying them upfront for the work. A year and a half later they finally complete the truck. Art had agreed to ship the vehicle to me because I had moved due to my military change of station. When they finally delivered the vehicle, 2 months later then we agreed upon, he not only stuck me with the shipping costs, but also delivered a truck that doesnt run. Nothing was complete on the vehicle and the shop kept a lot of my parts. I strongly recommend to stay away from Blue Moon. Theyve caused me nothing but agony for the year and a half that Ive had to deal with them and now Im stuck cleaning up their shoddy work.

Brian Goncus Dominic saved me several hundred dollars when I needed a starter swapped out. He showed up within a half hour of my call and completed the job in under an hour including time needed to purchase parts. He fixed a battery terminal connecter free of charge just because he didnt like the way it looked. Further he did this all in the snow and cold. Great mechanic, would recommend.

Conor Lynch I’ll cut straight to the chase here….every 1 star review you’ve read about this guy not answering or not returning calls or not showing up when he said he would, BELIEVE THEM! I called regarding my truck not starting, figured it could be a simple fix, or if not I’d pay him for his time to diagnose the issue if it was too big of a job. He seemed nice enough on the phone…. Told me he’d try to swing by that day if he could squeeze me in, or the following if he couldn’t. So I texted him multiple times with my address, asking for an ETA as he had requested…..Crickets. I even told him I understood if he couldn’t make but to just please let me know so I could make other arrangements….nothing. Not even a simple 5 word text reply (I.e “I’m too busy right now.”) I’m sure he’ll reply on here with some lame excuse for his unprofessionalism and try to blame his customer for it, that’s what he’s done with every other 1 star reviewer. That should have been a red flag right there, wish I would’ve read those reviews BEFORE I wasted my time with him. Why can’t there be a zero star option?

wolfdreams 67 I called and spoke with the gentleman who owns this business about a car issue. We set up a time for him to come by and to do a code scan and let me know what the issue was and if it was something he would be able to fix. He gave me the time he would be by. I took the day off and waited. 30 minutes after the quoted time I texted him. No response. 15 minutes after that I called. No answer. I left a voicemail. Never responded. If you dont want the work then dont schedule with a person. If something comes up, communicate. I got nothing but silence.

Travis Avery Wayne and Brad at Rollin on repair are great to work with, they are very reasonable. They fixed an issue on my F-150 in less than 24 hours that Corwin Ford in the Spokane Valley couldnt fix in 4 months of testing, calling in engineers, and different parts that didnt need to fix. It ended up being the same part that Corwin Ford installed. Their Tech bent and broke off one of the needles that kept sending a miss fire and making my oil pressure sensor go off. I had to fight with Corwin Ford to just get my deductible back. They wanted to charge me more $$ because they couldnt figure it out and had out all this time and parts into shit that didnt even need DO NOT USE CORWIN FORD!!!!

Shelby Slick Went to golden rule brake where they quoted me over 2k saying that it was urgent to get my struts & sway bar links fixed. Ended up taking my car into Rollin-on Repair to see if I could get a better quote, but after Wayne inspected everything he said my struts & sway bar links were in fine condition and didn’t need to be replaced at all. He did notice that I had an oil leak coming from one of my intake gaskets. He took me to the shop to show me exactly what he was talking about and showed me where the leak was coming from. Their quotes are very reasonable & the guys here are wonderful people. I will be coming back to get any further problems on my car fixed. Thank you so much!!!

wesli Sherman All i can say is i took my 05 dodge ram to tune tech to get a exhaust manifold gasket replaced i knew the book time on the job was 2.2 -2.6 hrs. they tried to screw me ( check tune techs 1 start review) I then went to hillyard automotive the men were the best ive delft with in spokane in the last 13 years they got it done the day they said at the price of 391.00 as they said i couldnt ask for anything more. they do what they say and say what they do. I would recommend them to any one and every one. I will be going back in the future. ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU

Kris Rose I called them at 1pm on a Tuesday with a rough running engine after the recent cold snap. Dropped it off justcafter 2. They had a diagnosis before 5pm, and an incredibly reasonable estimate. I approved the work, and my SUV (aka Mommymobile) was ready by noon the next day! I had called a few shops, and next week was the soonest they could even look at it, much less work on it! It really pays to shop local. Im delighted with the friendly service and speed. I have a PT Crusier that has issues once in a while, I can count on Joel to do the repair and not try to con me into repairs I dont need. Very good prices too. Richard Anderson They quoted $700 to do an oil pan in a 97 Dakota 4wd. I called at least 5 other shops and everyone else was at least $1,100. This shop actually seems appropriately priced. Give them a shot.

Jerrod Moseman I cannot say enough good things about this place. Mike the owner is very knowledgeable and when I say knowledgeable I mean it. He and his mechanics worked on my 1973 Plymouth Roadrunner on short notice and did an amazing job. I cannot begin to say how impressed I am at the work they did. It’s too much to name in this short review but they took a job that other mechanics were “ scared “ of and they kicked butt at it. Great people here

Cassandra I highly recommend this place! I have a 1986 toyota which had been running rough and trouble starting. this was a chronic problem which kept worsening. Other mechanics said my car is old and so its not going to run well. I brought it to this place twice but couldnt replicate the problem, but Phil told me i had the original ignition wiring, so my car had never had a tune-up. they did one and its like a totally different car- no problem starting or sputtering. I think i can get more years out of my beloved old car because of these gentlemen! Courteous, honest, and reasonably priced for the work done.

Grant Gimby Apologies for this review being overdue. These guys are absolutely fantastic. We were stranded on a long road trip when things went sideways with our van, and they were willing to work with us to get us back on the road in record time. Every other shop I called grumbled and complained, but these guys were different - instead of complaints, they worked with us to find a solution. I can’t thank them enough for their gracious flexibility and family-like nature with their customers. This is what a good mechanic is all about, someone who cares at a personal level, takes the time to do the work right the first time, and does it with a smile no less. If you’re looking for someone who you can trust with your vehicles, these guys are the answer, hands down. I wish we lived in the area so we could use them as our go-to mechanic for all of our vehicles.
