Pete S If there were 10 stars, they would get it! I happened upon Triangle because my car started misbehaving as I was driving through Bremerton. I called my normal shop some 30 miles away to see if it was ok to drive and they said their diagnostic tech was away for medical reasons and could not get to me until next week. I asked if they knew anyone in the Bremerton area, they said to call Town and Country. But I learned they only serviced American cars, they said to go to Triangle. I read the reviews, gave them a call, and with a tech down, they reluctantly agreed to run a diagnostic. After a great chat with Little Ms. Sunshine (as she is called), Matt came out to tell me, as I suspected, one of the coils was faulty. Now trying to figure out what to do - to my shock, Matt told me it could be fixed by tomorrow. I was rather skeptical. Sure enough, I got a call the next morning and was told the car was ready to go! 6 new plug and coils, the proper approach to servicing the issue. And they ran a compression test to confirm the cylinders were ok, and they were. WOW! Given the number of keys on the rack, I suspect that they do not need to rely on reviews, in talking with some other folks, they come with high marks. I just wish they were closer to my home!

Jonathon Collins 5 Gold Stars for consistently outstanding service! Weve been taking our vehicles to Truck Town Auto Repair Shop for years now. They have handled everything from major mechanical repairs like transmissions, brake repairs and auto air conditioning problems to minor mechanic needs like mufflers, tire rotations, auto electrical issues and auto tune ups. We like that they have obviously experienced auto repair workers that do it right the first time and dont try to oversell you on things you dont need. Keep up the great work guys and we will keep coming back to your auto repair place!

Jusup Lowry I took my vehicle into Bremerton collision for an insurance claim and got a chance to work with Mason at the front desk. He was amazing, very helpful and extremely thorough. About two weeks after my repair, I had an issue with the headlight that he was able to fix promptly and I didnt have to jump through a lot of hoops in order to get the service that I expected. You should give these guys your business if you havent yet and are looking for a great local collision/repair place. Mason is the man, and will take great care of you! Gage They did an amazing job fixing my Subaru. It looks like the collision never even happened. They kept me informed of the progress as it went, which was nice. Id definitely recommend them and will be using them again if I need future repairs.

ValRae Lenius When I ask for service on my vehicles, my expectation is that "what I ask for" is importantly to me. Maintenance is important. Haselton VW exceeded my expectations. They did what I asked and made recommendations based upon observation. There was one thing I did not tell them "that was a concern to me". They found the major issue I was nervous about. Problem fixed. They did make one recommendation that was based upon them having no history on my vehicle. I requested they not do that, because that item was replaced in the recent past. Haselton VWs communication was excellent. They were no nonsense, their shop was neat, orderly and their work was timely. I am now a permanent customer of Haselton VW, Bremerton, Washington. I originally only did the recall work but later added more repairs—she was super patient and quickly resent the quote. Pricing was fair, and the work was done fast. I’ll definitely be back!

Matt Gipson I met Maxx with Cascade diesel a little over a year ago he helped me with a tranny for my 13 Ram 3500. With his due diligence was able to get another transmission to replace the one I bought and has kept the maintenance up every sense. He’s a straight shooter and will be keeping my business with his company for many years to come.

Pixels Gene does not call before adding on extra work/costs to your car. This is highly unprofessional. Beware.

Joshua Bissonette I came to Gene from out of town to have my Mothers vehicle fixed. The surrounding competition didnt catch some obvious things that needed to be repaired. Gene did a thorough diagnosis of where oil was leaking from and did 3 repairs that were overlooked at other shops. Gene is down to earth, honest and reliable. He was exactly who I was hoping to meet coming in from Texas not knowing who to go to. Thanks so much brother!

Kyle Gus Having a receptionist open mouth chewing breakfast while attempting to converse is a fantastic first impression! TL:DR expect to be grossed out, actively messed with, & blamed for any mistakes they make. DO NOT SIGN PAPERWORK UNTIL AFTER INSPECTING YOUR VEHICLE! The theatrical annoyance that I couldnt understand her with a mouth packed full was almost as comical as it was disgusting. When she opened her mouth wider in an attempt to enunciate the excellent view of the cud being chewed was nauseating. I asked her to finish chewing so I could understand what she was attempting to communicate. She walked off in a huff worthy of a first year at Juilliard. Fortunately the person that did the cars intake was quite nice. The intake was quick & thuroigh. He asked what happened, talked about what he was doing & why while inspecting the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they wanted me to sign paperwork before inspecting the vehicle. When I asked to see the vehicle first, the receptionist (same one as before) seemed incredibly annoyed that I wouldnt trust them. After seeing the vehicle I understood why. Two of the panels were not the correct color. When I pointed it out, the gentleman that assisted with the intake said he would get their head paint guy. When they returned, the paint supervisor came out hot & blamed me for not seeing the colors correctly. Starting with blame, deflection, accusations, & then asking exactly what color I wanted because it was already correct. Fortunately I had not signed the paperwork up front! Caliber paid for the rental while they fixed the paint issue they caused. I got a call on a Friday around 15:00 (3:00pm) saying the vehicle was done and if I couldnt pick it up by 5:30 I would have to pay for the rental for the weekend. Glad to be done dealing with them, will never be going back. Highly recommend finding another auto body shop, any other body shop!

The one thing I really appreciated is that they didn’t upsell me like the dealerships do. Professional, fair pricing and quality work…. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

Ed Kalmbach I brought my Toyota Handlander in for a factory call and had the pleasure of working with me, mike, who provided truly exceptional servers from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, Mike was prepared for me and offered a warm welcome. He was extremely knowledgeable about the recall, which made the check in process, quick and efficient. I also had a separate issue with my infotainment system which he was able to include in the service requested, at no additional cost. Beyond the action service on the car itself, mike went above and beyond by arranging a courtesy ride home and back, which saved me from hell, having to wait at the dealership. I also appreciated that he did not try to sell me on any services. Want to ask about other maintenance needs and their cause? He answered my questions completely and with that without hesitation. Overall, mikes professionalism, knowledge and commitment to customer service made this a fantastic experience. Mike is a great asset to the dealership.

Katrina Great service. I like that they have a little area for the kids with Legos and a TV with kids shows on. Makes it so much easier when you have to bring the kids with you. And they give you a free drink card for the coffee shop. Even gave my kids one so they could get some hot chocolate and soda. I had a question about the bill after I had already paid and gone home. They were quick to respond and answer all my questions. They are very communicative. A great place to get any work done on your vehicle.

Midas in Bremerton specifically caters towards your cars needs while saving you from that extra cost most other shops have. I got a same day brake evaluation and installation that took less than two hours, very time efficient, highly recommended place.

Liz R Les was so quick to respond and help with my 02 Honda Civic overheating. Him and his mechanics were able to find the problem and get my car fixed up within a day of giving the car to them. What I appreciate most is Les and his mechanic coming to my house to inspect the car and drive it to the shop themselves, and back to my house. This was a huge help to me. It’s obvious Les knows how to take care of his customers and their vehicles. Temp in the car is back in it’s happy spot, no leaks, AC blasting happily! Thank you Les!
