5 /5 Flo: I can’t say enough good things about All About Transmissions & Automotive. They explained everything from top to bottom and I was so confidence in leaving my car to be serviced. The one thing I really appreciated is that they didn’t upsell me like the dealerships do. Professional, fair pricing and quality work…. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

3 /5 Jason Van Liew: Service was great. The only poor experience with All About, was the bill. See it maybe complicated but, here it goes. We had warranty work that was needed it took 3 months and 3 weeks to get the work done. I was told all we had to pay was the deductible of $300-$500. Plus the additional cost of a one part the warranty did not cover for $200-350. The bill came out to $4,600. And we were unprepared for this since there had been zero communication about the additional cost that the insurance refused to cover

5 /5 Matthew Brodbent: Great experience with the company. They addressed my concerns answered all my questions and didn’t try to push me into any unnecessary repairs. I will definitely use this company again. Only con is no customer parking which makes getting in and out a little difficult.

5 /5 A B: Read until the end: Our transmission on our F550 was rebuilt by them but installed by another mechanic. Unfortunately, just after a couple thousand miles (or less), the transmission failed again. We had it towed to them and within a couple days, AAT dropped the transmission to figure out the problem. They understood business continuity was hugely important to us and even though there might have been some gray area in the warranty of the transmission, they stepped up and did the right thing and had us back on the road within a week--putting us in front of the line despite them being nearly 4 weeks booked out. Its easy to give five stars when things go well but theres only a few companies that can still earn a five star even after things go south and jobs take an unexpected turn--AAT is one of them.
