5 /5 Terri Jones: Sometimes the problem with an RV is a mystery even with the best diagnostics and effort. Tim has always been very helpful, honest and upfront with whats needed and the considerations that went into making repair decisions. I appreciate that a lot! Tim was also very flexible about accepting our towed in RV with only an hour of advance notice even though they were swamped with work! Then he made sure we got a ride home! That was extremely kind! Devon was our mechanic, he is skilled, thorough and works hard to identify the real problem and its cause, (not just the symptom), then he makes the needed repair and does a road test to confirm it functions properly. I truly appreciate both Tim and Devon.

Just took my old but wonderful RV out for maintenance for the second time with Peninsula, and received the most amazing customer service I’ve experienced in dealing with any vehicle, ever! Just like my first visit to them, this time around had me feeling confident and cared for as we made decisions together about services needed. While there was much more to be done (she’s a 1993), Tim helped me think through prioritization and future planning of work to be done. I have no doubt about the integrity and honesty of this crew, their work, and how they treat their customers. As a daughter of a mechanic (now passed), I have deep appreciation for how I was treated, the service provided, and the security in knowing my RV was in good hands to keep me on the road this summer. My drive home was so much smoother, quieter, and I smiled the whole way.

5 /5 The Farrier: I took my home-built Super C here to have it checked over and changed from a clapped out old work truck with almost 1/2 million miles on the clock into a dependable chassis for my RV body. They went over it with a fine toothed comb and gave me a detailed list of everything they found that needed attention. Tim sourced quality parts for good rates and Justin fixed everything that needed fixing; it was a significant list. Tim and Justin made recommendations for upgrades that would help me reach my goal of having a comfortable and confident ride with enough power to get me where I want to go and stop when i needed to, come mountains or flatlands. From replacing worn original items, (turbo, injectors, suspension, steering, etc,) to customising the suspension, adding an exhaust brake, an air compressor, air ride seat, and much more they worked as a team to guide me to make the choices unique to my bespoke build. Their high level of attention to detail and customer care was legitimately unparalleled in my experience; their professional ethnics and mechanical knowledge gave me great confidence in both their craftsmanship and the value of their services. I feel blessed to have been in the right place at the right time to find them and to have had them mold my build into the full time home that it has become. I would not hesitate to steer others their way and im proud to have had them work for me.

5 /5 Patricia McSwain: The folks in this shop went all-out to diagnose and maintain our coach. We are full -timers, so they made every effort to do all the work needed as quickly as possible. We were very grateful for being able to get our little home back in 5 days. These guys busted a$$ to perform a top-notch job. We completely trust them and their work.

5 /5 Ultra RNR: Brought in our used RV (first time buyer) for an alignment and their inspection showed couple major items that also needed fixed. They were very helpful explaining and showing us everything. They provided a great report we could review and were upfront with all the costs. Highly recommend them. Very happy with the work they completed.
