Jose Ahumada I walked in on Friday for a windshield replacement , and had made the appointment on Monday. I brought in my car early in the morning and waited. Nearing an hour before closing time I came in to ask and was told the trim was "needed to be looked at" leaving my car at the establishment overnight. The next day I came in around the same time and asked about it. I waited an hour and was told that they bearly finished putting on the windshield with the sealer still being wet. I waited another day same time and then was told that a part was needed . They were also given clips and were unable to replace them properly. This took over 3 days and it was still not complete. The price was 3/4 of what other places cost , but they did a mediocre job putting on the windshield. The top haveing uneven glue sticking out. The main problem I had was that throughout all of this, not once was I called by them. I was never called for my parts arriving, not for the trim , nor any updates were ever given to me ahead of time. I was only told everything when I called or was in person about an hour before closing time. Overall, for parts its good place, but thire communication is awful outside of the facility I need to be there to even get any response from them.

Dale and the crew kept me in the loop and got the work done quickly. The car is running great with no issues. Dale even reached out a couple of days later to see how the car was running. Korina Martinez I am seriously impressed by the customer service we received here. We unfortunately purchased a brand F350 from Corwin in Tricities last year and have continuously ran into issues. The most incident was an issue covered under warranty. Corwin had no service dates available for the next three weeks but wanted to keep my vehicle there that entire time, in case an appointment opened up, with no loaner vehicle available either. So I called Pierre and not only did they get me in within two days, but they picked up my truck and brought it back. They called promptly with updates on the service and confirmed once the issue was fixed. I will for sure purchase be purchasing my next vehicle from Pierre.

Miller Chris (CMILLER) What a great NAPA! I needed a grease gun the one I was using was giving me fits. I called they told me what the best grease gun was they had and I told them to hold and I was gonna get an Uber to come get. They brought the grease gun to the truck stop for me. Wow. As a truck driver, owner and operator this service that is hard to find. Plus I’m not from the area so getting around can be tough. Prosser Napa will have my business regardless of price just because of the service. You guys rock keep it up!

G O2019 Armstrong Auto is your classic small town mechanic. The people there are personable and actually discuss with you what theyve done for your vehicle. I took my truck in for an oil change, and they also performed a full vehicle inspection, with pictures, free of charge. They were willing to talk to me about every item on that report and gave me their recommendations. Unlike a dealership, where the goal is to keep you coming back to spend more money on maintenance that isnt actually necessary, Armstrong was upfront with me about what they thought needed to be addressed sooner rather than later, things that needed to be monitored, and what could be left alone.They didnt pressure me to schedule repairs, just made sure I was aware of potential issues. Overall, they have fair prices, honest people, communicate well with their customers, and do quality work.

Francisco Barajas I’m usually not one to give reviews, but the way they do business there is just downright dishonest and rude. Had my engine sitting there for months and kept giving me the run around saying it’ll be done in two weeks. He told me that same line for a good couple months straight. Long story short I ended up being forced to pay 850.00 for a torn apart engine and a cheap rebuild kit. Definitely do not recommend.

I have 2 personal vehicles and 2 vintage trucks--so I speak from experience that they are honest, fair, efficient, excellent mechanics and just a straight up fantastic bunch of folks :)

sel Called ahead to confirm their business had the vehicles we needed parts from - On arrival, let us know where to find specific vehicles in yard, only to come several minutes later cussing and acting out of character saying we damaged customer vehicles and we needed to fix it. Not once on arrival or on the phone was this specified or acknowledged. Because of this, we were charged $100 and told to grab a harness to replace on a customers vehicle the following day, and could not leave without giving a photo of identification in case they wanted to file legal action against us. I will ensure none of my acquaintances or peers stop by this business, to save them the unnecessary embarrassment and disrespect that I (19 year old female) had to face today. Completely unprofessional and shocking to deal with. Maybe look into therapy before looking into another car.

I took my car for alignment, they recommended to get a change of some parts in the car (rack and pinion) in order to have it done right, I said yes and also got new tires, they dont know what theyre doing, when I got there to get my car back the steering wheel was twisted and they said that the parts arrived wrong, when tried to drive it home, the gear was making noises and not speeding. I took it again to the shop they said will fix it, they didnt call or nothing. Had it back the next day and the gear is still bad and my car is all messed up. Please DO NOT do any business here unless you have a flat tire in town. If you take your car and they recommend any extras DO NOT listen to them. The personnel that works here dont know what theyre doing.

Hipolito Castillo The man is knowledgeable in his business as one would expect. Only difference with him is he doesnt use his knowledge to take advantage of his clients he does the repair that needs to be done and only that . This is the only shop I trust to take my vehicles. When I leave from there regardless of how big or small the repair was I leave with all the confidence in the world and not one bit of worry or thought of how "long this fix gonna last"
