Jose Ahumada: I walked in on Friday for a windshield replacement , and had made the appointment on Monday. I brought in my car early in the morning and waited. Nearing an hour before closing time I came in to ask and was told the trim was "needed to be looked at" leaving my car at the establishment overnight. The next day I came in around the same time and asked about it. I waited an hour and was told that they bearly finished putting on the windshield with the sealer still being wet. I waited another day same time and then was told that a part was needed . They were also given clips and were unable to replace them properly. This took over 3 days and it was still not complete.
The price was 3/4 of what other places cost , but they did a mediocre job putting on the windshield. The top haveing uneven glue sticking out. The main problem I had was that throughout all of this, not once was I called by them. I was never called for my parts arriving, not for the trim , nor any updates were ever given to me ahead of time. I was only told everything when I called or was in person about an hour before closing time.
Overall, for parts its good place, but thire
communication is awful outside of the facility I need to be there to even get any response from them.
Korina Martinez: I am seriously impressed by the customer service we received here. We unfortunately purchased a brand F350 from Corwin in Tricities last year and have continuously ran into issues. The most incident was an issue covered under warranty. Corwin had no service dates available for the next three weeks but wanted to keep my vehicle there that entire time, in case an appointment opened up, with no loaner vehicle available either. So I called Pierre and not only did they get me in within two days, but they picked up my truck and brought it back. They called promptly with updates on the service and confirmed once the issue was fixed. I will for sure purchase be purchasing my next vehicle from Pierre.
