Jose Ahumada I walked in on Friday for a windshield replacement , and had made the appointment on Monday. I brought in my car early in the morning and waited. Nearing an hour before closing time I came in to ask and was told the trim was "needed to be looked at" leaving my car at the establishment overnight. The next day I came in around the same time and asked about it. I waited an hour and was told that they bearly finished putting on the windshield with the sealer still being wet. I waited another day same time and then was told that a part was needed . They were also given clips and were unable to replace them properly. This took over 3 days and it was still not complete. The price was 3/4 of what other places cost , but they did a mediocre job putting on the windshield. The top haveing uneven glue sticking out. The main problem I had was that throughout all of this, not once was I called by them. I was never called for my parts arriving, not for the trim , nor any updates were ever given to me ahead of time. I was only told everything when I called or was in person about an hour before closing time. Overall, for parts its good place, but thire communication is awful outside of the facility I need to be there to even get any response from them.

The Auto Trader advertisement made by Speck Chevrolet was accurate and depicted the car well. Once we got to the dealership we worked with Lynn Channel who was fabulous. We were late for our appointment because we drove from a long distance and he patiently waited for us to arrive. He not only helped us with paperwork but took extra time to get us all connected to On Star and get my phone connected to the car. His friendly demeanor, sense of humor, and honesty made the whole experience enjoyable.

Korina Martinez I am seriously impressed by the customer service we received here. We unfortunately purchased a brand F350 from Corwin in Tricities last year and have continuously ran into issues. The most incident was an issue covered under warranty. Corwin had no service dates available for the next three weeks but wanted to keep my vehicle there that entire time, in case an appointment opened up, with no loaner vehicle available either. So I called Pierre and not only did they get me in within two days, but they picked up my truck and brought it back. They called promptly with updates on the service and confirmed once the issue was fixed. I will for sure purchase be purchasing my next vehicle from Pierre.

John Tinner Abel and his crew went above and beyond to get us in on a truck repair. Cant say enough for these guys. Told us that it would be a couple of days to get fixed and still managed to get us out the same day. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks for repair or sales.

Brenda Faithful I happen to know the owners thru my neighbor and their son who has been the best neighbor anyone could ask for. Because I got to know him and I got to hear about his family....I know that these people are genuine, honest and they arent going to try and get more out of you. Thats not at all their style. They have a great rep in the community so if your a single mom, a single lady, an elderly person or whoever, you can have complete confidence that they will work with you with complete honesty. Im living 13 hours away now and if my car needs something and Im over visiting... This is my first place Ill go. They are honest, guarantee their work in writing and do a great job! You wont regret it! Thanks guys for taking great care of my SUV all these years!!

Miller Chris (CMILLER) What a great NAPA! I needed a grease gun the one I was using was giving me fits. I called they told me what the best grease gun was they had and I told them to hold and I was gonna get an Uber to come get. They brought the grease gun to the truck stop for me. Wow. As a truck driver, owner and operator this service that is hard to find. Plus I’m not from the area so getting around can be tough. Prosser Napa will have my business regardless of price just because of the service. You guys rock keep it up!

Francisco Barajas I’m usually not one to give reviews, but the way they do business there is just downright dishonest and rude. Had my engine sitting there for months and kept giving me the run around saying it’ll be done in two weeks. He told me that same line for a good couple months straight. Long story short I ended up being forced to pay 850.00 for a torn apart engine and a cheap rebuild kit. Definitely do not recommend.

Jaymi T Me, (and also my mother and daughter) have been taking our vehicles to Hiway Auto for many years. There is a reason we have been going there for so long...Daves shop is the best! I have 2 personal vehicles and 2 vintage trucks--so I speak from experience that they are honest, fair, efficient, excellent mechanics and just a straight up fantastic bunch of folks :)

Brenda Wood Has an appointment to get my rotors turned on my car took it in for my 8:00 am appointment hadn’t heard anything from them by 1:00, phones them and they tell me they hadn’t even worked on it yet they have to deal with grandview because they have the machine. Should have told me that from the start. Next take my car took the duportail les Schwab. Should have called me!!!!!

Hipolito Castillo The man is knowledgeable in his business as one would expect. Only difference with him is he doesnt use his knowledge to take advantage of his clients he does the repair that needs to be done and only that . This is the only shop I trust to take my vehicles. When I leave from there regardless of how big or small the repair was I leave with all the confidence in the world and not one bit of worry or thought of how "long this fix gonna last"

Audriana Alvarado I was having car trouble about a week ago or so. I stopped by the store and was helped by Nico. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. He tested my battery out and figure out that was the problem, there was some corrosion on it so he also helped cleaned that up a bit. Overall very pleased and thankful.

Kendra Ott The girl that helped me was rude and on her cell phone making her plans for the night. She was bothered when I told her I wanted to use my rewards number because I interrupted her conversation.

Good Citizen Mark was awesome to work with and did an outstanding job! He even went above and beyond and shined the headlights, something that had absolutely nothing to do with the collision damage. Mark stayed in touch and even came in after hours in order to get the work done on time. I went around and got quotes from four places, and PAR was between $600-$1100 cheaper than everyone else, plus they were the first place I went. While I hope I never have to use PAR again(haha), if I need to, I will come back here without thinking twice. OUTSTANDING job!

Sarah Miller At first I thought the work done was excellent but then discovered the bumper was not put on right and caused the trunk to rub and cause more paint damage. When brought back for repair he damaged the new bumper and did a horrible job of touch up paint. His answer to me was “stuff happens”. I recommend driving out of town for your body work.
