5 /5 G O2019: Armstrong Auto is your classic small town mechanic. The people there are personable and actually discuss with you what theyve done for your vehicle. I took my truck in for an oil change, and they also performed a full vehicle inspection, with pictures, free of charge. They were willing to talk to me about every item on that report and gave me their recommendations. Unlike a dealership, where the goal is to keep you coming back to spend more money on maintenance that isnt actually necessary, Armstrong was upfront with me about what they thought needed to be addressed sooner rather than later, things that needed to be monitored, and what could be left alone.They didnt pressure me to schedule repairs, just made sure I was aware of potential issues. Overall, they have fair prices, honest people, communicate well with their customers, and do quality work.

It wasn’t until I called back to get an update after a few days with no communication that the job was scheduled. Pricing is fair based in services in the area. I would recommend them for their work, just be patient and not in a rush.
