Belinda Dunne Do not bring your jewelry here for repair. Brought it in March 2024, was quoted a few weeks to reset stones (plural stones). Called several times and each time they said its not ready. Fast forward to mid July 2024, went into the store in person to check on status and they had it "ready" .... I use air quotes because the work was not completed. A stone is MISSING. This was supposed to be an easy repair by all standards. Fred Meyer Jewelers never called, as promised, and they never fixed the ring in its entirety. Yet charged me full price for the half completed "repair". I guess their definition of repair is, hold onto the piece for months past the quoted time, ignore and forget the customer, charge full prices for junk service, lose a stone and hand the ring back missing a stone. Just like a smile missing a tooth! Forget this place unless you like getting ripped off. ZERO STARS!

Athena Obregon First time checking out this spot on a whim while checking out the area, and it was worth it. The jewelry and artwork was beautiful and there were so many other unique items to look at from perfume to candles. My sister and I got ourselves sterling rings that are gorgeous. Highly recommend stopping by to see what they have.

Beyond my wildest expectations, and I knew what it looked like from the cad drawings! Molly and her team were phenomenal to work with, so knowledgeable and helpful! I cant say enough about how wonderful my ring and this store is! I ended up with a necklace from them and Ill be getting another custom ring from them with my grandmothers sapphire! Absolute joy to work with and I am so in awe of how beautiful my ring came out!

Elizabeth Bear Brought my mom in to Twisted & Beautiful for her birthday and we both got our first (but definitely not the last) permanent jewelry. Anne was so wonderful! Walked us through how it works and our options. She was personable and friendly! We truly enjoyed our time! But our great experience didn’t stop there… I had some issues come up with my bracelet, and I contacted Anne right away. She was prompt to get back to me and, without hesitation, made everything right. We were very pleased with our experience overall, and will definitely be back again (:
