John Thomas Not a happy camper. Ordered tires at one price, that day. Went to have them put on 8 weeks later, they had sold one. I paid for the 4 at $80.00 higher than the original quote. And I had to go back when they got the one in. I dont see how tires can go up when there sitting at the shop even though I took my time getting there. Amazing??

Greg Normally a great place to get tires. However last visit to get a 10ply trailer tire replaced that blew out after 6 months. This was 4th trailer tire bought there for $125. They offered no help for why there tire went bad so I guess they have no warranty? Then when Bill rang up it was now $200. Never approved that much. They said the cheaper tire was out of stock. Thats a huge difference in price! I said that is too much and was offered no discount or anything on tire. Unfortunately they have now lost all my tire business.

Scott Boyea We broke down one mile from Goldendale. I called Craig out of the blue to ask if he worked on diesels, he said yes and to bring it in. We were towing a travel trailer and because we had no vehicle, he took us to the hotel with his own car. He went right to work to see what was wrong and the news was very bad. He was so great, honest and fair. We felt so fortunate to have called him and he took really good care of us! We left with no pickup, had to salvage, but that didnt have anything to do with him!

D H My car doors on my passenger side were damaged by a collision. Perez Collision did an excellent job installing new doors that work and look perfectly. The only issue I had was a long wait time for the repair to be completed due to an error in ordering new parts.. That might just be a one-off experience I had because I would highly recommend their workmanship.

It is such a wonderful service that you can get a flat or nearly flat tire fixed for free at Les Schwab. Next time I buy tires ( for all my cars!) I will be getting them at Les Schwab instead of Costco. I am new to the area from Northern California and this is such a friendly shop! Brandy the front desk person was very friendly and also pretty. And both Ned and Nick helped me not only fix my slow leak but also I am using a wheelchair right now and they helped me take it out and set it up and put it back in my car. John Bohannon I had a flat tire and they were able to take care of my issues in a quick manner. I have an ID.4 all wheel drive electric vehicle and was told they may have to order the tires, up to 2 weeks out. Christian came up with an idea and plan to solve the issue that not only worked perfectly, but also gave me the snow emblem with superior tread for mud and snow that was better than I could have imagined. Les Schwab and Christian...... you are the best! Keep putting your best foot forward, I will always use Les Schwab for my tires and brakes.
