    Buzzy Boo: I was 16 years old when I removed my first transmission to fix the clutch. I was an automobile mechanic for 5 years. Been a mechanic all my life. Anthony speaks the language. Awesome Ford told me $2,800 labor to remove and replace the transmission on a 2018 Ford Explorer. Another shop quoted me $2,500, another shop quoted me $2,200. Anthony told me about $1,500. Awesome Ford would not put a used transmission in the car only a brand new one. Anthony found my used transmission for $650. He gave me a 36-month 36,000 mi warranty. I would definitely go back to Anthonys Auto.

    R.L. Ferari: Talk about a class act and a first class business. When I first talked to Jeff from the other side of the state regarding my Granddaughters car that was broke down, he told me that it could be two to three days once the car got there until he would have the time to look at it. Had the car towed there on Monday and he called with it repaired on Tuesday afternoon. Talk about under promise and over deliver. He was forthright and fair with his pricing and he went above and beyond what I had expected from being not a "Local". He greeted and treated my Granddaughter with class and dignity. I HIGHLY recommend the business and look forward to having him maintain her car.

    E O: I live out of the area and purchased a truck in Chehalis subject to a prepurchase inspection. A few other shops that were busy recommended Jones Automotive. They were able to fit in the inspection the next day. Lucy at the front desk communicated very well. Jesse the tech called and gave details and recommendations. Their report with pictures really added value to the prepurchase inspection for current condition and future service needed. Overall a good experience. If so lived in the Chehalis area, Iā€™d go back to see them for service and repair.

    j solomon: My experience started off actually really great. I was stuck on the freeway and Greg came out and got me off the freeway within a few minutes. He actually had a tow strap and towed me to a part store Napa. He charged me about $800 to let me know my engine was blown. As if that wasnt painful enough, the business owner of Napa called me, and told me to get my truck moved within a few days or he was going to have it towed which I thought was very reasonable of him. So I called Greg and told him I needed to send a tow truck to move my truck and that I would need to meet him for my keys. Keep in mind I live in Vancouver so I was going to have the truck towed back home and figure out what I was going to do. For some reason Greg said dont worry about it hell move it and that I dont have to rush and get it towed and I explain to him I had AAA and was able to move it no problem and he insisted that he would move it as a favor for me. Because he was still diagnosing and was going to charge me more for more work on my blown engine. Long story short he didnt move the truck it got towed impounded and sold at auction. Because I was already mentally preparing to part ways with the truck probably for four or five thousand dollars when I found out the truck hadnt been moved and that it was sold at auction I wasnt as livid as you would think I was upset but not angry and I didnt even blame him completely because I did find out it was going to be sold the day before and that one day I could have done something but it didnt work out. So I reasonably asked Greg to come up with a solution and at least offer me something so that I dont feel so screwed over in this situation and he offered nothing. And when I went to call him again I found out he blocked my number. I was going to make one final demand of him returning the money that I have paid and that would have been it. But now I will have to pursue him in court and sue him for the entire value of the truck because as far as I know I gave him the truck who knows if the engine was really blown who knows if he even worked on it. So now Ill be taking him to court for the full amount of the truck whatever the value is try to resolve this very kindly and reasonable, but for some reason the right thing just doesnt click with him. I thought it would he seemed like a very decent nice person so it all just doesnt add up. All I know is I got screwed out of my truck. And paid him for it.

    The PotatoKing69: Theyre beyond words the best auto shop I have ever been too. They dont bs you and rip you off like Midas. Depending on the work theyve worked with us letting us borrow another vehicle, payment plans, delayed payments, even told us no charge when it would have been $100+ work. Theyve gone above and beyond to find a fix/lower cost for some work where parts cost $400+ just to order. I would drive 4 hrs out of my way just to bring my vehicle here. The staff is very friendly and they dont lie to you. If they dont know something they will tell you and then ask you if its ok for them to look into the issue before doing a job. They will even bring you into the garage at times and show you the issue.
