Tammy Messner Thankfully, I was directed to Jacob’s & Jacob’s after my first injury/car accident. With their help, I was able to concentrate on my physical recovery while J&J dealt with the car insurance companies on my behalf. I had a whole team standing (and working) behind me making sure my “minor” injury claim was taken seriously after being injured by someone in a stolen vehicle. This is happening more often and there seems to be many loopholes in WA insurance laws making it difficult to get a fair settlement…unless you are represented by tenacious (and caring) staff like everyone at Jacob’s & Jacob’s. My settlement was enough to cover my Medical bill, my time & travel to those appointments and still had a little bit left over. J & J treated me with respect & had real concern for me…hopefully I’ll never be in another accident but if I am…I know who I’ll be calling. Jacob’s & Jacob’s.

Amy laid out all my options very clearly, but stated the cheapest option would be to reclaim the property myself, an attorney was not necessary for that. I did what Amy suggested and the title is being signed over to me today, with no attorney necessary. Amy is worth her weight in gold. Morgen Rowley I was quoted 3500 to modify my divorce decree parenting plan. After about 7 months of being mostly in the dark about what was going on, they showed me their draft and it contained none of the things I had asked for. 7 thousand dollars later they withdrew from representing me with no warning. I would not recommend this lawyer in any way shape or form there is no communication. **update: they called me on christmas eve to ask me to remove this review because they felt it was inaccurate. I explained that this was my experience with their firm. They said I signed the final pleadings so that the case could be concluded and that I should have known everything was taken care of and not been surprised by the withdrawal notice. Take that how you will.
