I have been to all the Spokane gyms and none have treated me as good as the owner of this one and all its staff. They held me up when I couldnt carry my own weight. It is because of them understanding how important it is for the mentally ill with a physical chemical imbalance in their brain to exercise and how stable it keeps us that I successfully was lifted above the speed bump in my path on my road to success. I will never take this gym for granted. Its not about flashy equipment its about knowing that you are cared about even when you have nothing to offer except the showing with actions that you are dedicated to the opportunity to say thanks. Alyssa strengthened and turned my life around. She is true loving kindness. I am forever grateful for opportunities. She didnt let the door of opportunity and strength clothes for me. She kept it open and Im thriving now. I will never be able to say thanks enough for what these guys did for me. They changed my life for the better. The treadmill is my favorite medicine since I was a kid. Nothing helps me more than exercise and being around kindness.

Graham Gunderson Great establishment. As of October 2025, padding on some equipment is frayed. Boxing gloves today were all tore up. Some of the ceiling fluorescent lights are out. But its clean, friendly, and has great equipment and a good vibe. Glad Im a member. Hope they get new boxing gloves soon so me and that Everlast can talk.

Misty Smith Ever since joining in April, I have grown to love this place more and more. All instructors are top notch, knowledgeable, fun and non-judgmental. Shane Skipworth Tim is an excellent trainer. He works with my previous injuries and builds a personal workout that not only helps reduce the pain in my body but helps rebuild my body.
