3 /5 Owen Brooke (Brooklynn): I am a little stuck on this won but I think 3 stars is more than fair. They get that because of their employees, food, and service. Now I understand they shouldnt be rated on wether or not I win or lose and they arent. What I am rating them on is the fact that I have been going to this casino for a long time. Off and on but for the last 6 months or so I pretty much only spend my money here or at least I was. But when a casino literally gives you zero perks or incentives to come back and keep spending money at their casino what can I say. Last month I played thru (lets just throw out an example number not the real thing) lets just say $20,000 and somehow their system isnt showing Ive earned any weekly free play? Or any rewards at all for that matter. That is crazy to me. Ive tried addressing the issue in person and through email to their marketing manager and there has been no follow through from their team. There are a lot of other casinos in the area to choose from that DO offer great incentives so my suggestion would be to either hire a new marketing or promotions manager who can think of creative promotions and incentives to bring their players back over and over or have the current manager hire a team to help them because the promotions are lacking and clearly rewards arent being distributed in a transparent formula that is clear to all players. If you keep it so secretive how are players suppose to know where their play level is at and if they are close to qualifying for anything that also secret they wouldnt try to go above their norm because they have zero idea where they stand. The formula is obviously very construed as it is (secrecy aside) because even going with an average in the last few months Ive played through more than enough to have earned me something but I wont ever know because I cant get any help via in person or online to figure it out! Pretty sad. So looks like Ill be choosing a different casino one that rewards its players with a little something back especially when they are willingly choosing to spend their money there.
