2 /5 George Lovell: Well, this casino is alright, I guess. The food is good but the slots are tighter than the security at Fort Knox. But that’s not why I’m writing this review. The reason why I’m writing this review is the lack of guest services that this hotel showed they had with our latest stay at this hotel.
For starters, when we got inside the hotel, my aunts were able to check in right away. While my mom and I had to wait 45 MINUTES just for a room to become available. Then they had the insane offer of moving us to a non ADA room to bypass the wait. Yeah… that’s not gonna work considering we booked the room months in advance and the fact I was in a knee brace from spraining my knee the week prior. So, 45 minutes later we finally get our room… on the third floor. So that’s another long trudge up there. And I mean, the room itself was comfy so that was a plus. The next day, we put our sign up that we wanted our room to be serviced and the beds at least made. That did not happen. We came back to find the room as we left it with no evidence of housekeeping done at all. So that was disappointing. Finally, the day of check out, I ended up forgetting my cozy slippers that I walk in because they help support my knee. So… we get home and call the front desk, not once, but twice. Nobody found the slippers so I’m willing to bet that someone from housekeeping treated themselves to a nice pair of slippers. So you know what? I hope whoever stole those slippers enjoys them. And I hope they sleep at night knowing they stole property from a disabled family. I do not think I will ever come back here again. I would rather go stay out at Worley with the CDA tribe because at least I can trust them to not steal property.
