5 /5 Kristen Wood: What a perfect, outdoor concert venue! We stayed at the resort, had an absolutely amazing dinner at the steak restaurant, attended the concert in this relatively intimate setting, played a bit at the casino and headed to bed. In the morning, we hit up the coffee shop using points from our gambling to pay for our beverages. So easy to navigate! We cannot wait to do a repeat!!

3 /5 Steven Marsh: First visit. Facilities seen clean. A long walk from general parking to the casino floors. Many of the machines did not have functioning player card readers. I experienced it and watched others repeatedly try to have their card register on other machines.

5 /5 Jay Fountain: Monday night and this place was hopping crazy wild & crowded. The slots were all paying, lots of action here. Best place to gamble on this side of the mountains. The rooms in the hotel are beautiful and updated. Casino personnel are polite and have a great attitude. There is something to eat for anyone here, restaurants are all over the edge of the casino floor area. Drinks are reasonably priced. I will definitely come back.

4 /5 N. Valentine: Nice hotel, great amenities. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was large with amazing shower. TV service very spotty and kept freezing. Restaurants and cafes great. Not crazy about the smoking allowed inside the casino that you have to walk through to get anywhere. Especially when you have kids with you. But overall a good experience.

From the moment you sit down, she makes you feel welcome, like you’re a regular even if it’s your first time. Her energy is upbeat without being over the top, her recommendations are always spot-on, and somehow she remembers everyone’s order like she’s got a secret superpower.
