Alchemy Bistro & Bar - Port Townsend (WA)

5 /5 J: We made reservations but the restaraunt was not that busy on a Saturday night at 7 pm. The food was very good and decent portions. Service was perfect. All of the staff were friendly, polite and professional. Recommendations from our server were spot on. I will eat here again next time Im in town.

5 /5 Margo Wixsom: Fabulous restaurant in Port Townsend - Alchemy. Such delicious pasta pomodoro that we went back twice now for dinner and definitely planning more before I fly back to SF. The decor is so I treating in this historic building. Music 4 nights a week. Amazing service - they wrap your leftover bread in foil in the shape of a bird.

4 /5 Georgia Golla: Overall okay place - food was tasty, but I feel like nothing super special! The tortellini dish and bruschetta were our favs of the night and id recommend ordering. The bar area is cool and has kind of a fun vibe and aesthetic to it. Our servers were great and very nice, did take a while to get our check at the end and it wasnt too busy, but after asking we got it right away. On a Saturday night we made a reservation, but would of been fine walking in! This place is suited for groups of all sizes.

5 /5 Keely Fan: Wow I dont even know where to start. First when walking in this restaurant was the most aesthetically pleasing place ive ever seen. Perfect for instagram. There were even two little stuffed bears that were super cute. Despite coming in at a late hour with a large group of 8, the staff was extremely polite and welcoming. We had the chance of meeting the owner, she was so sweet and kind. Service was top notch and the food was also excellent. Usually when a restaurant passes out bread its cold and stale, however Alchemy exceeded my expectations, the bread was soft and had hints of sweetness and the butter smooth + not heavy. I would recommend the Angel Hair pasta and Lamb Bourguignon as they were delicious. I would refer this place for anyone who decides to visit the town of Port Townsend. Best atmosphere ever!

5 /5 Tamara Fisher: I can’t say enough good things about this place. The ambience was lovely. There was beautiful piano sounds in the background. The food… over the top. We ordered the Halibut/penne and the lamb bourguignon. Simply delicious. Definitely coming back! Our waitress, was delightful as well.
