5 /5 Carolina Dean: I recently had a great experience at Applebees! From the moment my friend and I stepped inside, the place felt super welcoming, and the staff was amazing. A big reason our visit was so enjoyable was Shawna, the manager. She was incredibly friendly, greeting everyone with a warm smile and making us all feel right at home. You could really see her professionalism shine through. She kept a close eye on the dining room, making sure everything was running smoothly, and even helped us quickly and gracefully with a small question we had. It was clear she knows a lot about both the food and how the restaurant operates because she answered all our questions completely and confidently. The food was delicious, and the whole team provided excellent service, but Shawnas presence and leadership really made the experience stand out. Its clear she expects nothing but the best when it comes to customer service. Were definitely planning to go back very soon!

3 /5 Trautyka Butler: The portions were very small for the price. The ribs were dry and had very little meat and the brownie was only like a two inch little corner of a piece. I normally dont post bad reviews, but what I got seemed like scraps.

1 /5 Ben Slabaugh: Ok, this was the worst takeout experience I think I’ve ever had. We ordered a bowl, a kids meal, and three burger meals with fries. The burgers were supposed to be ‘no pink’ and were not cooked enough to eat. They didn’t include forks for the bowl or Mac and cheese, no spoon for the yogurt, nor did they include ketchup for the fries or any napkins. Some of the lettuce in the bowl was brown and wilted as well but that’s probably being too picky. The ‘lettuce’ wrap means the put a piece of lettuce on top and a pice on the bottom of the patty. Very disappointing for my family back at the hotel.

5 /5 Innsbruck A: Very pleasant dining experience, friendly service, clean environment and nice atmosphere, the appetizer chicken wonton tacos is very delicious, and the drink white peach sangria is great!
