5 /5 Pacmon: Argentinian chophouse (wish they had Argentinian beef) does do justice with US Beef! Itβs tough to get a last minute reservation, especially on a weekend, so had food to go. My order consisted of Parilla Mixta, Flat Iron and the grilled sourdough. Instead of skewered skirt steak, I had a cut of skirt steak which I wasnβt complaining! Lol. The steaks were tender, well seasoned and properly grilled to MR. Poblano plenta was creamy and buttery goodness, and their chorizo sausage was completely unexpectedly awesome! Sourdough bread was chewy buttery goodness as was the iron steak with rosemary fries. Sourdough bread far, the best chophouse in Tacoma!
