4 /5 Misha Smith: We stopped by Blue Buoy on a beautiful Monday before heading out of town, hoping to get one last taste of authentic seafood—and this place did not disappoint! Nestled right in the central area of the boardwalk, its location alone makes it an easy and convenient stop if you’re already exploring the marina.
The seafood was incredibly fresh and served in generous portions. The menu had a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was full of flavor. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and it was clear this spot is a local favorite—many customers were greeted by name, which says a lot about the connection between the staff and the community.
Despite being fairly busy, the service was quick and efficient. Our food came out fast, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The place was also very clean, which we always appreciate.
Since the peak tourist days hadn’t quite begun yet, we didn’t have to deal with any crowds, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re in the area and craving fresh seafood, Blue Buoy is definitely worth the stop!
