The atmosphere isnt great and the service, depending on the waitress, is either really good or really bad. But all can be overlooked for the amazing food, which is the best Chinese youll find from Ocean Shores to Aberdeen to Westport to Long Beach. If youre in the area and you like Chinese, Chens is a must stop!
