Theyre very accommodating of dietary restrictions. They have handmade gluten-free pasta and can make a lot of dishes vegetarian or vegan.
My only note for the kitchen is that switching to freshly grated cheese instead of pre-shredded would really elevate the dishes. The pre-shredded stuff never really melts quite right so you end up with big clumps of cheese which can overpower the dish.
They dont do reservations and theyre quite popular, so build that into your planning. We arrived at 5 on a weeknight and were seated with no wait, but by 5:30 there was a crowd waiting which only got worse as the night went on. I imagine its even worse on a weekend!
DAnnas is obviously very popular with locals for a good reason!
