1 /5 Sun Shining: I ordered Carne Asada through Doordash, but they forgot to put any Carne at all. Ive processed the issue on Doordash app, but since Doordash only refunded a small amount, I decided to call the restaurant. However, they kept saying that they cant do anything. I get it, maybe they cant do anything. But what upset me the most is, that even though it was the restaurants fault, they didnt even apologize at all, and apparently the kitchen staff stated that they put Carne in my order, which there was no meat at all. I even paid extra to request extra Carne... We all make mistakes, but if they dont even put an effort to fix the miatake, that explains clearly what kind of restaurant Kiosko ia. Terrible customer service. They dont care about customers.
