3 /5 Oruga Mariposa: Flavors were just ok, the burrito was filled with rice very little meat, the green chile didn’t have much flavor, the red had good flavor, better seasoned. Over all it was just OK

5 /5 Jamie J: Love sitting at the fireplace. Staff have been awesome every time Ive been there. The food is great, I only give a 4 star because the rice has always been very bland. Im very surprised by that. They do live music and trivia nights. A group of us showed up there once at the last minute and they handled us very well, too. Dont forget the serve yourself chips and salsa station. They also have a little phone charging rental station by the chips. If you want to play pool and darts, those are available in the back. Great place, all around.

1 /5 Kelly Ramirez: the bartender charged and served us "double" or "gold" margaritas during happy hour when we asked for a house margarita - technically what the other el sarape locations also referred to as. it is actually against WA State MAST laws to sell a drink that wasnt asked for, as i have a permit as well. the bartender (YT, by the way) just straight up walked away when i tried to ask about the price. sucks when its a mex-restaurant and i would like to support our latin communities but this was just awful and condescending to say the least. i ordered happy hour food when i actually could have had just a full meal for the same price. called twice and didnt hear back, unfortunately could not stand to return to this place after this experience. sad.

4 /5 Apollo Sheffield: Maybe it’s the fact that I started using scorpion peppers with my cooking the past couple of years, but the sauce on the burrito combo seemed a little bland. The staff was attentive, there was a good atmosphere, the food was good but didn’t have the heat I desired. Overall it gets a four star review

5 /5 Erin Varbel: Excellent bar/restaurant! The food: Superb. Service: Outstanding. Ambiance: Beautiful. Huge space in the bar with games room in the back. Self-serve chips if you’re feeling like a snack with your expertly prepared cocktail. Every corner of the place has a different feel. Come in mid-day in the week for a chill environment, or on a Friday night for a live band and full excitement!
