5 /5 Matt Cummings: Everything was very delicious and fresh. Actual authentic Mexican flavors. If all you are used to is Americanized Mexican food you might be in for a surprise. It is an open and visible kitchen and everything was very clean and tidy. We went all out and ordered carne asada tacos, quesabirria, red pozole, and the enchilada plate. Everything was obviously made in house from scratch and it was amazing. The tacos and enchiladas were made with fresh pressed blue corn tortillas. The sauces,salsas, and consomme were robust and smoky from the chilis. There was a self serve condiment bar that had shredded cabbage, limes, cilantro, salsa Verde, salsa roja, diced onions, radish, and roasted chili peppers. Will 100% be returning to support this new local gem. Service was also very welcoming and warm. A very nice change in flavor from other places in town
