1 /5 The Modiste Boutique: If you’re looking for authentic Italian food, this place is not it. Their Bruschetta tastes as wrong as the way they pronounce it. Their pasta is utterly bland. Our server was nice and was clearly trying but for what you pay for, this place misses the mark. It’s slightly more expensive but I’d recommend the cornerstone over here. Better atmosphere, less cramped and overall better food.

5 /5 Angela Reese: Everything we had there was very good! I could not believe the brussel sprout appetizer. It could have been an entree. It was a very good size and very delicious! I had one half of the salmon salad which was very good with the balsamic dressing and my daughter had the lobster raviolis. Everything was very good and so was the service. Everything was clean and tidy as well.

5 /5 Dorothy Harris: Catering services by Pasta Co are wonderful! Bridget Tenge seamlessly coordinated a meal for 14 for me last week. The food (2 pasta dishes, salads, bread, apps) was delicious and reasonably priced. They provide clever non-flame warming gadgets with their meals. You should definitely pay the small fee for these as well. Bridget made everything easy - well definitely be back!

5 /5 Mike Bennett: Was in Ellensburg for a medical appointment and decided to have a late lunch early dinner. Imagine our surprise when we found this quaint little pasta shop. We started with the spinach artichoke dip, one of the best ones I have tasted, creamy with just the right amount of each flavor so that you are able to discern each beautiful ingredient as it explodes in your mouth. My wife had the angel hair pasta with artichokes, she said it had so much flavor it was hard to describe, creamy, flavorful amazing. I had the four cheese pasta bake. It was also incredibly flavorful and both portions were more than ample for us to get full. This is a quiet place where you can talk easily and have a great romantic meal if you feel like it, or just enjoy your meal while letting the stress of the day melt off like the butter on the bread. Well worth stopping in.

4 /5 Richard Fuller: At Ellensburg Casta Co. you will be met by friendly staff that greet you. The staff will bring you freshly baked bread fresh garlic to spread on it which is delicious. The menu is nice sized but not overwhelming. They feature a gluten-free menu as well. The pasta sauce is a deep red and nice and thick and a little on the sweet side of sauces. The pasta is cooked perfectly. The parking is on the street as well.
