3 /5 Quincy Scott: So, I had the Brisket and Pork Belly. I will say the good thing about both they were very tender I got the fatty part of the Brisket so I was happy how tender it was. That being said the was no real flavor on either of them small smoke ring but thats not too much of a big deal because they were both cooked nice just a lack of flavor unfortunately. I mean besides the natural beef flavor of the brisket I tasted no salt no pepper even on the exterior nothing. Especially for the price point of $35 bucks a pound for the Brisket and $28.50 for the Pork Belly is crazy in my opinion for what youre getting.. They put the prices by half a pound on the menu to psychologically make you think youre paying less. Its smart because if they put it by the pound dont think it would be a popular. Again the food wasnt bad the service was ok nothing special just trying to get you in and out that fine they werent rude so Im happy. The atmosphere seemed nice I got my food to go so didnt really see too much. Will I go back? Probably not to be honest just because how much it cost for what you get. But wish them well
