5 /5 Elizabeth Revelise: My friend and I went for an early lunch to try it because we had heard good things. When we walked in we immediately felt comfortable. The proprietors are delightfully friendly, we were charmed by the decor, and the place is very clean.
The menu is all about simple food prepared well. Today we tried the crepes - they were delicious! Mine was filled with turkey, gouda cheese, spinach and onions. My friend had ham with pepper jack, spinach and onions. Both were lightly topped with white gravy. The crepes generously covered the plate - this was a hearty meal.
The homemade tomato basil soup was so good that I must say it is my new favorite food in Wenatchee. I will be stopping by on cold days just for a double order.
Service was excellent as well. In our experience as first customers of the day our food came in under ten minutes. I think that if we arrived during a lunch rush we might have to wait a bit longer, though it would certainly be worth it. Leandro’s is open from 7:30 to 3:30 Monday through Friday and 8 to 2 on Saturday.
This visit was so pleasant that my friend and I plan to return to try many other items on the menu.
We are not coffee drinkers, but it is understood that Leandro’s serves very good coffee.
