2 /5 Sherry Reisbig: NO!!!
Our friends, who’d dined at Mizuna twice before, made dinner reservations for the four of us. We arrived promptly at 6:30om on Saturday, December 13th. The restaurant was busy, but not crowded.
We received our orders at 8:11pm, exactly 91 minutes, over an hour-and-a-half, later.
We waited an inexcusably, inexplicably long time for our meals. After initially being seated, we watched a couple behind us finish their meals and a new couple get seated and receive THEIR meals long before we received ours! Our waitress was gracious, checked on us 2-3 times, and apologized for the delay. However, this was an extremely negative experience, at multiple levels, for all of us. We certainly expected a manager to come and speak to us or perhaps comp at least part of our meal. Nothing, notta.
One bad experience such as ours can take down a Spokane restaurant. Neither my husband and I, nor our friends, will ever return to Mizuna. .
