I feel because it was bc they had the meat slow roasting the entire time or cold ready to be cooked instead of grilled to go. As it didnt have a char or grilled brown.
Burrito 7/10, closer to 6 than 8, above average for portion size and speed prepared.
Tacos 7/10 closer to 6 than 8, above average portions again, though no onions. Birria taco had some spice, better than the chicken, not as good as the steak.once again no char.
Res sauce was orange and pretty spicy, green had perfect consistency and good flavor.
The lady hardy spoke english and did not understand it very well either, adds to the authenticity. They dont do paper receipts.
Went at 1pm on a Sunday end of May, only customers in the lot.
