I am sure you might have a better experience if you dine in, but as a hotel guest I did a grab and go for my room. #1 totally got my order wrong, and didn’t realize it until I got to my room, so down to the restaurant to get that fixed bcuz RS was almost 45 min to fix it. Then, #2 got back to my room with the right order, only to find bland, Alfredo with overcooked chicken and some sort of bug that flew out of the container that held my Cesar salad. Certainly not worth the 50$ I paid ( I went down to get my food in the first place to avoid the 10$ service charge for room service!).
