1 /5 Andrea Pence: Ordered food my order showed up an hour and 10minutes later. My fried mushrooms were cold and half the order missing, my chicken was over cooked and my fries were cold and soggy. Just horrible don’t waste your time nor your money here you will be disappointed for sure.

1 /5 Marie and Susan: They love to burn your tenders and send them out to you anyways. They are awful and I do not recommend going here. Called to have them fix it and they said we cant help you, were out of chicken. Awful customer service and had to ask to be refunded and told me I have to call tomorrow.

5 /5 Kirk: The Chicken Shack serves up some really good wings. The chicken is delicious, though the quality can differ a little from day to day. The fries are crispy and come in a generous portion which is always nice. There is a good variety of sauces to choose from and the spicy ones are especially enjoyable. I also like the layout with all the booths, it makes the place comfortable to sit and eat.

5 /5 Ronda Vance: My mom and I are from Moses Lake and had to stop to check it out after hearing it advertised on the radio. We were not disappointed! It was such a great dinner, we shared the 5 peice chicken fingers with sweet potatoes fries, it was plenty of food, fresh and absolutely relishes, very sweet lady behind the counter! We need a chicken shack in Moses Lake, great place to watch a game and enjoy a drink!! Great atmosphere!
