Even the chips and salsa were a standout, fresh, tasty, and perfectly complementing the main course. The service at The Enchanted Castle Mexican Grill was another highlight. 5 /5 Lori Rummerfield: After a day of traveling, we were so happy to end up in our hotel’s restaurant & lounge. The drinks were generous and the food was fantastic! The Mexican coleslaw and mole sauce were particularly outstanding. The service was friendly too, especially Gabriel.

5 /5 K. Hope: Our server was the best! She is super sweet and understands when you want secret spicy sauce! They make their own tortillas and i believe everything is home made. They brought out fresh chips, salsa, and shrimp ceviche right when we sat down. Got shrimp fajitas and shrimp diaboli. It was so good! Also got margaritas that were to dieeee for. My strawberry margarita was perfectly sweet and fresh. Our server made them herself so she is deff a great bartender as well! Great atmosphere, great people, great food! It is also amazing its in he castle itself because why leave an amazing place if you dont have too! We are created by other diners who just went there to eat because they also loved it so much!

3 /5 Pat V: Only went to the bar. Which has a bar but isnt staffed. Drinks have to be ordered on the restaurant side. The bar used to have over stuffed chairs, low tables, and be dimly lite. No it is more like an extension of the restaurant with regular tables and chairs, light colored walls, and standard lighting. The pours are generous but it doesnt feel like a bar experience exactly.
