5 /5 Dean Smith: Wow — what a great dinner. My wife and I stopped by Whitstran Steaks and Spirits in Prosser and had one of the best meals we’ve had in a while. The staff is super friendly and on top of everything, which made the whole experience even better.
They’ve got a great selections of drinks — beers, wine, cocktails. I went with the Bistro salad anmd Sherman IPA from Fort George Brewery in Oregon. I had a perfectly cooked medium-rare sirloin steak. The blue cheese crumbles, cranberries, apples, a d vinaigrette were the perfect combo. My wife ordered the special — risotto with asparagus and scallops — and it was fantastic.
