4 /5 M G: There was a bit of a wait when we arrived, but with homecoming going on and the Mariners game playing on the TVs, it was completely understandable. Once we were seated, we were greeted by Nile, who was friendly, funny, and really knew the menu well enough to help answer any questions we had. We shared a few laughs with her throughout our visit, which made the experience even better.
The atmosphere was cozy and surprisingly romantic, especially considering how many TVs were around. We were seated in a great spot, quiet enough to talk comfortably but close enough for me to catch glimpses of the game.
We started with the firecracker shrimp, which came with a rice cake on the bottom, something I’d never tried before but really enjoyed. My wife went with the Shiitake garlic noodles, and I ordered the Nashville hot chicken. Both were delicious, though I would’ve liked mine a little spicier. It would have been nice if they offered different heat levels.
Overall, we had a great time. The food was solid, the vibe was perfect, and Nile’s great service really stood out. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town.
