Dogs Sherberg After going through over 7 shops/ mechanics, some certified, some highly recommended, etc, my truck still had the same ongoing issues. I purchased it new and it has low miles. A friend who had several cars restored through JP automotive recommended them and when I received the estimate I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I almost walked away and I am so glad I didnt. They were the only ones that properly diagnosed things, they gave me a rental car and then returned my truck washed without me even requesting it. This is better service than any place Ive ever found including dealerships. Mike was great, no BS and getting an estimate for everything that actually needed to be done in order of importance, was something I had never received accurately from any of the other places. I will be returning to get the rest of the work done. The thoroughness and great communication from Mike is something that none of the other places offered.

Travis Garrison Just updating to keep my review at 5 stars. These guys are consistently great to work with. Take your business here whenever you can. They do a much better job of troubleshooting than the local dealerships I’ve interacted with. They are pleasant to interact with and they make an effort to keep things affordable.

Darby Graf RJ was very kind and got me in right away to assist my issues. He updated me via phone call after every price change. What’s nice about this place is you sign for the amount you get charged. The last place I went to charged me without any kind of discussion. Definitely recommend this place, there aren’t a ton of honest car shops left in the valley but this place is one of them. Highly recommend going!

Jacob ODonnell I had a great experience at Premier Auto Repair. I was driving along while I was visiting my Mom in Mount Vernon for Fourth of July when my Volvo XC70 suddenly started stalling and had a flashing check engine light. Yikes! Luckily the next morning, I stumbled upon Premier when when I looked up auto repair shops open on the weekend that work on Volvos near me. I called and got the owner, Azeem, on the phone. He got me in right away and did a same day diagnostic. By Monday morning (this morning), the Volvo had new spark plugs and ignition coils, and all for a very reasonable price for such fine workmanship. I’ve driven it about 70 miles today and it’s running great. I highly recommend Premier!

Connor Nickelson Absolutely top-notch service from this mobile truck repair team. They resolved an issue with my trailers brake system efficiently and at a reasonable price. The communication and professionalism were outstanding.
