People there are real friendly, trustworthy and have a high level of expertise. I recently moved across town but will gladly make the trek out to Ballard to get both my vehicles service here.

Buster Connolly So I brought my old Mercedes to another Euro specialty shop where they charged me a bunch of money to fix a lot of issues - did a great job, but didnt find the underlying problem. Immediately upon bringing the car to Crown Hill Auto, they were able to properly diagnose the vehicles problems and get me heading in the right direction. It was a bit costly, but you pay for the service you get. If I decide to fix the vehicle or end up with another; Ill be bringing it to these guys.

John Steelman The engine in my wifes BMW went out. After receiving a ridiculous price from the dealer, I put a motor request out online and received a good motor from Car Part Express out of Texas. They shipped the engine and was installed at a reasonable price. The car has been back now for two weeks with zero problems. I have a happy wife and a happy bank account. I am a huge fan of Car Part Express and Foreign Car Workshop!

Hunter Camfield I usually absolutely despise mechanics because they rip people off and try to up charge you for stuff that just isn’t needed while assuming you just don’t know what you are talking about, BUT… I was told about this place by my girlfriend’s family. I thought I had a water pump go out but I didn’t have the right tools to take care of it myself. Called Ryan and told him what I thought and he told me to bring it down. Ryan confirmed it was a water pump, gave me a fair estimate and had it done day of. Didn’t try to up charge me and the price was the same when I got there. It really is the simple stuff that so many places get wrong. Thanks for all the help today guys! I’ll be back if anything else goes out.

Unlike my old place that charges $1500 to investigate and automatically fix a check engine light problem—so basically you get a haircut for $1500 whether you want/need it or not—-Ace only asks for the diagnosis time then provided with a comprehensive report with pictures and cost estimates (also not something my old place does) then I decided what I wanted to do about the issues. Very prompt and courteous customer service. Will take all my cars back to Ace (and never take them back to my old place ). Thanks!

Denise My wheels needed alignment for a road trip. Fairly easy scheduling-- I requested an appointment online and friendly Trevor called me back and got me in ASAP. They did a digital inspection, suggested a few additional fixes via text and email instead of a disruptive phone call. All pretty easy, friendly staff, no unnecessary upsells and a pretty convenient location for waiting/walking or jumping on transit. Wished Id found this place earlier!

Yos Been Going to Vu for years he is honest hardworking and couldn’t ask for a better mechanic. In Today’s world where everything and everyone is trying to take advantage of you and get your money. vu still remains honest and trustworthy. Arjae Guiao These guys do it best. I had a major upper timing cover leak which was getting oil everywhere and I had to drive to Canada in 3 days. Safe to say, I made it to Canada and back with no issues whatsoever. I was quoted HALF of what my dealership quoted and in the same amount of time. Anthony, who works the front desk, was very professional and communicated everything that needed to be done as well as timeline. I am so lucky to have a repair shop like this so close to where I live, and they will 100% be seeing me again.
