J. M. Took my VW there and they did not fix the issue after I had Allready paid them.I called them about it and the guy that always answers the phone has a good way of not admitting guilt. He passed me over the mechanic that worked on it and he brushed it off and said that he will not work on it again and hung up on me . paid them for nothing. I called the actual owner of advanced automotive in Kennewick and he said that he sold the business to them a couple years back. They just kept the name.

carlos Mendoza After waiting for months for our appointment they call me to cancel our appointment because they didn’t have the parts finally I took it in and after a few days we picked it up and they forgot to paint one part and also they work on something that I scheduled for another shop to do I guess it was a misunderstanding still don’t have my head light that they ordered over 4 months ago not happy

Jeremey Norris Overall work done on the vehicle was great just the time it took seemed crazy and communication was lacking where it needed to be. I was quoted 4 days to fix a slightly damaged bumper on a 2024 Hyundai Elantra. The place was a key place for my insurance, which is State Farm, to choose. I received my vehicle back to me over 3 weeks later. Attributing factors were that there was an identified bent bar that houses one of my back up sensors so the shop was waiting for additional parts. Once acquired and completed it had to go through Calibration which I was told was in "in-line" for calibration. This was nearing the 3 week window when this told to me. And by Monday they got to it to find out they couldnt do it with the tools they had and they sent it to the dealership which added another 3 days. I find it frustrating that my vehicle was in a queue with other cars to find out they couldnt do it...to me it seems like this is something that should have been known before waiting in a line of cars to just be sent to dealership l. When I got my vehicle I did express my concern on how long the time took and was told that day that it was because a part was "allegedly" on backorder..Which would make sense of the length of time but that was never explained to me during the long wait. My main concern is lack of communication I was only told another part was needed and never was told of a backorder just kept being told we hope to have it complete by a certain time but nothing more beyond that and I did 80% of the calling to find out the status of my vehicle. Overall the shop needs to work on their communications on status updates and maybe more transparency to what is actually holding things up.... For me I felt like because my timeline of completion was missed my vehicle became less of a priority so the shop can make other vehicles complete on time... And I get it to a point but when youre the short straw its not pleasant at all... If you dont mind the chance of the work taking longer.... than this place is a good choice they know the vehicles and work with insurances well....just for me needed more communication.

A N Fantastic crew! They were fast and super professional. They took care of my car and fixed the issue in no time. Cesar was very welcoming and personally took care on finding the parts. Salvador was great too. A great crew and a great option to fix your car. They definitely earned a new customer now!

Alejandro Rosales In the summer I had blown my engine I took it to this shop to get it fixed charged me around 4,000 to get my engine swapped they swapped it for me a couple weeks later the engine blows I take it back to then to fix it they pick my car up and fixed it when I went back to get my car I look at it and I notice that my front bumper is cracked they did not tell me anything at all or said anything about it till I pointed it out they said it was on there end that my car “is to low” when it is on stock suspension when they fixed it the paint looked bad wasn’t the surface looked rough they have also let my car go with a broken hose to my radiator I also asked to have ac installed they installed it as you expect couple weeks later it stops working so I went back to take it to them to fix it and I parked my a little down the road to get all my personal belongings out the car so when I went back to turn on the car it did not want to start so we had to push it into the shop also mail was left in the car that was not mine probably spent over 6,400 in repairs DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pat Redman Slow at making hydronic hoses for power steering. Went in on Friday before 10am and asked for hose to be made. They said they would call by lunch time to let me know if they had parts. When I showed back up at 4:30 pm they stated they didnt work on it. Told them I would be in Saturday at 4:30-4:45. When I got there at 4:45 they were closed.

Doug Barnes Im an experienced painter/mechanic and I found staff at the paint counter that matches my requirements. The guys at the paint counter seem capable & courteous as well as Ashley, an attractive young woman who is an alumni from the manufacturers paint school. She performed a color match for me and hit it right on. Ill be giving them all my Tri Cities paint & supply orders. I recommend them over Wesco in Kennewick who didnt have staff qualified (or willing) to do a serious color match for me.

Abraham Avilez I took both my cars to Angel the mechanic, after I was referred to him by my brother in-law who had taken his Dodge Ram to him to get it worked on and this man knows his stuff. Not only that but hes an honest man, hell tell you exactly the issue with your vehicles. I had him work on my Infinity QX60 and my Chrysler 300c and in a matter of days they were both ready and running like new. He has very reasonable prices and a great team with him. I can honestly say my wife and I are very satisfied.

Kevin Cuevas Tried this place out to get my intake manifold replaced in my car but instead there was no work done and check engine light just got restarted. Confirmed $608 twice over the phone with Miguel and had to pay $730 at the place. I should’ve at least been told there will be fees included. Manifold never got replaced. Will let friends and family know not to go here

roberto soriano Honestly best body shop I have ever dealt with! They are super easy to work with, they got my car in and out so fast and made it look brand new. The before and after is so evident. Luis and his team repaired some damages I had to my bumper and now it looks like it was never there. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family. Damian Martinez I Took my car into Luna’s auto repair hoping to get a reasonable price and work done on my suv. I had a broken thermostat housing which I thought would be a quick fix. They had me going back and forth to the Hyundai dealership for parts that were needed because they couldn’t tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. After almost three weeks they finally fixed my SUV (that I know of the housing still might be leaking coolant). When it was returned to me my suv had multiple cracks in the windshield where it looks like someone had punched it near the VIN. When I go to confront the front desk ,The owner(Sergio) had the audacity to tell me that, “it was like that already and that there was nothing I could do about it”. Overall Bad situation made worse, unprofessional mechanics and untrustworthy don’t give them your money.

Jerry Ainsworth My wife’s jeep was previously serviced for an oil leak at lithia and it was returned several times because it continued to leak and we were assured it was fixed and unfortunately it started leaking again. We decided to take it to perfection and they fixed the issue and it was a simple fix that the dealers techs couldn’t figure out and I will never take my car back to the dealer I just wished we took it to perfection sooner, it would have saved me time and money. Thanks perfection for resolving and making me a customer for life..

Andrew Rosenbaum I had an alignment done along with a tire balance and rotation. They said I needed knew control arms after they already done the alignment, so once I fix my control arms, I need to pay for another alignment, when they rotated my wheels, (im not a mechanic) but I guess one of the tires they had to put 12 ounces on to get it to operate properly, but when I was on the road the truck shook like a space rocket. Neither of the mechanics used their two senses, or gave me their opinion, to what would be most beneficial. they just sent me on my way with my truck driving worse than it did before and took my money. Theirs so much I could get into and question why? Just got off the phone with Les Schwab, they said they’ll fix the problem for free, and they even look at the control arms before doing an alignment. The dude at the counter can’t even open his eyes and wears glasses, the mechanic looked so unprofessional. These people just want a PAY CHECK.
