McCurley Honda Service - Richland Jaz: had an appt set for 1115 AM for a tire rotation, when i get to the dealership they tell me id pay $150 for a tire alignment and i told them i had scheduled a rotation. they take my keys and say they’ll have it out soon. 1200 pm rolls by and i even google how long a tire rotation takes google says 15-45 min with oil change. i have an electric car so i dont need that. i ask the front service desk when it’ll be done they say 1300pm 2 hours after my scheduled appt because they are running behind. there is no point in scheduling an appointment if they won’t honor your appointment time. the front desk clerk was atleast and helpful but it’s frustrating sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours when this service should’ve been done within an hour. not to mention it took me a month to get this appointment do not waste your time here.
Mendozas Automotive Inc - Prosser Jose Ahumada: I walked in on Friday for a windshield replacement , and had made the appointment on Monday. I brought in my car early in the morning and waited. Nearing an hour before closing time I came in to ask and was told the trim was "needed to be looked at" leaving my car at the establishment overnight. The next day I came in around the same time and asked about it. I waited an hour and was told that they bearly finished putting on the windshield with the sealer still being wet. I waited another day same time and then was told that a part was needed . They were also given clips and were unable to replace them properly. This took over 3 days and it was still not complete.
The price was 3/4 of what other places cost , but they did a mediocre job putting on the windshield. The top haveing uneven glue sticking out. The main problem I had was that throughout all of this, not once was I called by them. I was never called for my parts arriving, not for the trim , nor any updates were ever given to me ahead of time. I was only told everything when I called or was in person about an hour before closing time.
Overall, for parts its good place, but thire
communication is awful outside of the facility I need to be there to even get any response from them.
